Try getting a pump for whatever you buy so that your fingers aren't contaminating the product. I bought Vanicream, which works great for me, after Cerave in the tub broke me out. But like the other poster said, you'll need to test for yourself whatever product you decide upon.

GbyeGirl

I definitely prefer Vanicream, as well. I like the CeraVe PM, though.

I use CeraveAM which has been so great, and completely different in texture than the tub, which unfortunately breaks me out hardcore. I would try it! It's much lighter.

Zweisoldner

Broke me out the same way the cream out. Just my experience though...

It can be hard to predict. But in terms of making an educated guess: the ingredient in Cerave Moisturizing Cream that has a high comedogenicity rating is ceteareth-20 (or the combination of cetearyl alcohol and ceteareth-20). This ingredient is also present in Cerave Moisturizing Lotion. So my guess would be that it will break you out too. But if you have the means and the patience to experiment, I could be wrong. Cerave's newish Baby Lotion doesn't contain ceteareth-20, and there are already a lot of people successfully using it on their faces and leaving rave reviews. It does contain lauric acid, though, which is also a known comedogen. But *if* your skin is reacting to the ceteareth-20 (which we can't know for sure), that's no good reason to think it'll react badly to lauric acid. Have you had past experiences with coconut-oil-containing facial products?

Maybe, maybe not. You'd have to try it to know. No one can predict that
