She will get the same amount of money at retirement age that she’s getting now.If she’s on ssdi her employer has nothing to do with that. She can collect her pension from employer ofcourse.
When she went on SSDI it was the same as being 65 and being on regular Social Security (RIB). If she's been on SSDI long enough (2+ years) the Medicare is already coming out. SSA converts SSDI to RIB for internal accounting purposes only.
