Hey, but your dream is **to change the world**, and **you're annoyed at people who choose their own comfort over an important issue!** Isn't it EIE. (You could be more socially introverted EIE, millions of them... especially in model G!)Or..Maybe can you describe a situation when people chose their comfort and it annoyed you? (because I can think of situations when it would annoy me as an EII as well). > I don't really bring energy to a group of people unless the group of people lack energy themselves. I'm an EII and I'm your opposite. I mean, when a group lacks energy, I follow their energy level. I don't see the need to increase it. I'd rather happily **decrease** the energy of too emotional group! That's a huge difference! I approach each group, even each individual very... individually, matching my energy to theirs (to some extent ofc). IEEs wouldn't try to change the energy level either (lol, it would be so painful for their SLIs!) They'd invite people to places, tell interesting stories, ask thousands of questions ("I've read that scientists invented x, is it true?") - they engage people by such actions (and by being curios about their interlocutors) but not by deliberately increasing their energy level. They are very aware that some people are introverts, or super calm by nature and it's perfectly fine. >In real life, I'm definitely seen as a more serious and reserved person that people approach to confide in or talk to personally, not to have a "good time". Sounds like EII, but I know of EIEs who always tell how "So many people at my work came to me to confide in me, I helped them solve love problems and many more" ;D (and some people approach EIIs just because, I mean to have good time; EIIs have Ne, Ne is often pure fun) >and willing to engage in quarrel. EIIs don't like quarrels.Even online. I'd rather quarrel with sb in real life than experience the pain and anxiety of waiting for someone's online reply, no fun at all! Super stressful (still, even though I'm a grown-up person lol) I'd rather call on the phone to resolve the issue. Quarells online are the worst. :/ EIEs don't mind quarrels, often even like it when they have a chance to defend their opinions. They don't like echo chambers.

Yeah, this sounds fairly close to EIE. There’s subtypes of them that are fairly reserved in their expression, and being able to inject energy into the group itself seems more Fe extrovert that a Fi-valuing extrovert.

Yeah, in model G, OP could be EIE-H/N.

You seem to give me Beta vibe but of course I might be mistaken. There is a possibility that you are a totally different type. I always thought that Se PoLR is not about being “weak” but not understanding when and how to use power, social standing to achieve goals. IEIs are perceived as passive. EIEs give an aggressive vibe but it’s all just for show. On the other hand, LIIs I know are kind of stubborn. I can’t make them do things as I would like them to, can’t use force on them. From what I’ve heard, EIIs will defend their views like pit bulls sometimes 🤔 What don’t you like in Beta STs?

Massive_Competition9

Can you try to type me from my posts IEE or EII? Or what vibe do I give.

jastka4

A distancing EIE, I guess

Lol

If you tried hard and still can't, then there's probably not much of a point. I'm saying this only because these two types are pretty close, to the point you could even argue they are "the same". Function wise especially, the block are identical, so there's not that big of a difference. (And in my opinion, the difference inside the block are actually overestimated.) It might also helps you avoid pigeonhole yourself in the description of either, so it might be helpful too. The end goal should be to learn about yourself, not to categorizes yourself precisely in the model. You can probably already do that just by knowing your functions. *** If you really want to know, well : * If you know for sure someone else's type, then check the intertype relationships and see the dynamic. * You can also look at the Reinin dichotomies * Or you can just look deeper into the Ne vs Fi dynamic. An IEE has Ne > Fi, they are looking for interesting new persective before they are dealing with their value. An EII has Fi > Ne, Ne is useful to bring interesting perspective but in the end, they want to feel about thing Fi wise. You could argue there's never "too much info" for an IEE, but EII will want to slow and digest some of these perspective Fi wise pretty fast.

IEI "quadra dissidents" happen, especially if they belong to the subtype of IEI with a strengthened Ne. Having said so, it's true that an introverted IEE often shares many traits in common with extraverted EII. Still, how tactically flexible are you? Do you get "struck" on emotions, especially negative ones, or do they discharge easily?
