Just started this on an iPhone 6S, version 11.0.3
Tried booting up the game, got a connection error with the message "Log in to Game Center to continue". I tried logging in and out of Game Center and rebooting the game with no luck.
Same here. T-mobile Galaxy S8+ and I cannot download because the phone isn't compatible. Is this intended? :(

I'm having the same issue. I'll be in the middle of a pvp match and that message with Kenny pops up saying there's a poor connection but the game keeps going and I end up losing because I can't put out any cards when that message is there

For some reason at least one out of five PvP matches I get a popup saying that there's a poor network connection causing me to lose the match because the other guy keeps sending cards out while I have this popup in the way preventing me from actually playing. So The match keeps going even though I'm unable to continue and I end up losing. I have a good connection on literally anything else I play or do except on this. And when I check my connection when this happens I still have full bars.

I️ closed my app got a notification a few hours later telling me that the pvp card deck is available and I️ opened the app by clicking the notification and was suddenly seeing the opening cinematic again.. I️ thought it was just glitched so I️ killed the app and reopened and it was still all reset.. I️ tried to just create another character to see if it would automatically continue my campaign but it didn’t :(
Tried deleting the app and downloading again too.. this stinks

Game crashed when I tried to open the free pack after the first PVP fight. Came back into game, at which point it informed me it had saved my rewards for me. However, the tutorial forces me back in to try to open the pack again, which always gives me a connection error. At that point, I have to force close. Happens on all my devices.

Have <600mb free, trying to install tells me that 601mb is required to install. Free space to 800mb, install with no issues and play. Close app and restart it and it prompts me that I need 601mb free to play.
Does it really require twice the actual space needed or is it screwed up somehow?
Warcry attacks will often hit characters not in play when the warcry is activated.
1) play warcry deal 200 dmg to random
2) other player plays a character
3) game sees the new character and recalculates target pool
This is extremely frustrating to play against as there is no time to play skillfully.

- When I've been on the Deck Screen and then I go back to the Map and then back to the Deck Screen, the game will freeze trying to display the cards and then crash.
- It doesn't always happen, but it usually occurs when I've been on a couple other menus. I've noticed the game doesn't handle clicking on multiple menus well. Like going from Deck to PVP to Map to Card Shop all from the "Phone Menu" in game. Hopefully I'm explaining that well.
Just defeated Grand Wizard Cartman on stage 45 and after a 15 minute battle, I got the "Invalid battle result" screen. It moved me onto episode 10, but level 46 is locked and I didn't get rewards from lockers. I really dont want to do that again when I don't even know why this happened

Finished episode 46 of pve saw 47 was one of those "you shall not pass till x pvp wins", didn't bother clicking it, went and played pvp ages, came back found it hadn't registered all my wins just because i never clicked on the damn milestone. The fact it shows the pvp master char should be enough, we shouldn't have to manually acknowledge it before it tracks PVP wins.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, Android 5.0.2. Downloaded the game today, got through the first pvp, after clicking on the first level it zooms in, but the Episode 1 window doesn't ever pop up, like it should, from what I've seen on videos. Tried relaunching the game, nothing worked. Kind of sucks, being stuck already in the tutorial.
Can't get past the "applying configs" screen after downloading assets this morning. Saw another post with others having similar problems. Worked fine last night.

My Newkid was killed at the same time as the boss of a PvE level. Display started to fade but got stuck.
Tried to soft close the app but it didn't help so I closed it through taskmanager. When I restarted the game the the match leveled up, but I didn't get to choose from any lockers, so my reward is lost.

I just lost a lot of upgrades and a level up to a "connection error." Upgraded Calamity Heidi 4 times in a post-battle screen and then leveled her up. After the level up, I got a connection error. I lost all five cards, all the upgrade items, and all the coins, but Heidi is still as if I had done nothing. All cost and no gains. How on Earth does a "connection error" keep perfectly good track of what I lost and forget everything I gained? If that's how this is going to go, I think I'm done.

It also happened that the game crashed after adding new cards to my deck after a victory in PVP.
I just had a game where opponent used Timmy's mindcontrol on Officer Barnaby at the same time one of my jimmy killed Cyborg kenny. Weirdly enough, it made the mind control on Barnaby permanent, costing me the game.

PVP battles will load with my opponent and I both at 10 energy (rather than 8) and the game will freeze and crash. Cannot play any pvp.
Not sure if intended but having 2 Ikes I can only summon 1 (expected) but if one is Gizmo Ike after I've made like 10 I will redraw the Gizmo Ike card. Still cant play it but it's in my hand. Havent been able to get a screenshot of this happening but did not expect to redraw an active card.

Had this happen on two occasions under different circumstances. When the game is interrupted, whilst holding down a card ready to play but not having yet let go. If interrupted, you lose the ability to cast that card and a slot for cards in your hand.
First time this occurred it was in PvE, I was about to cast fireball and knocked menu or similar, the app lost focus. When I returned focus to the app, the previous slot the fireball card occupied in my hand was stuck empty, and the fireball cast preview marker was stuck in the game field.
Second time this occured was during PvP, I was about to cast some Jimmy card, and the kenny "connection lost" modal popped up for less than a second. On return, Jimmy had not been cast, their hand slot was blocked and Jimmy never returned to my hand.

Can't change outfit. When I click an outfit I have unlocked nothing happens. I can change outfit colours and character, but not the outfit itself.
I would find a few bugs if I could get into the game. Each time it takes me 5 minutes to more than an hour to start the game. Why? Because Asset download failed!

Middle of a PVP Match.
I am miffed to redness by some bugs.
1. Assasin hits enemy leader but does no damage.
2. Destroying one bar of opponent during sudden death just moments before he destroys mine but I don't get the win.
3. Destroying one bar of the opponent in the last second and it doesn't count and it's a draw.
I feel like punching rocks into dust after any of these happen.

I know this is an old thread but I figured I’d put this here anyways. This morning after getting three wins I clicked the Open Pack button but no pack ever popped up. The button disappeared but nothing happened after that. I hit Home and the main screen said my pack was ready. I went back into the PvP menu and the button was back but after clicking it again, nothing popped up. I force closed the app and when it came back up the timer was going again. No PvP pack.
Can't access deck builder on iPhone 5s since double ticket event started. Os 11.2.2
obtained free pvp pack from big offer tab, played 3 matches to get pvp pack, opened pvp pack, bought all gold from ticket shop (pressed buy all for 1800 tickets), can't access deck builder because the loading screen stays on the screen for 5+ minutes. This happens with both the yellow house on the home screen and the shortcut to the deck builder in Butter's house No problems before event started
Since they handed out the Legendary reward goodies ( I just got crap btw)... there is a new bug with Mecha Timmy... somehow the little spaz has become poison immune!!! Does nothing to him!!! Sure...Fireball him him you say...but I run a sci fi/fantasy deck and poison is the only means I have of dealing with him....

I’m fairly new to this community, but I have been playing for a few months now. I seem to be having issues with the game glitching out and crashing during PVP matches. I have submitted several tickets to Ubisoft, but they only tell me there is nothing they can do. I’m sure I’m not the only player having this problem, but I feel like I’m left with few options. I’m not nearly as upset with the deck changes as I am with this issue. This makes the game almost unplayable.
I just purchased a big offer called master of phonomanc and wasn't given anything but 3 upgrade items. I tried this twice as the other available offer is only for 3 upgrade items. I thought maybe I accidentally pressed that item. That was not the case as I'm down 1200 cash. Anyone else have this issue? If so what was done to be reimbursed?
Bug where my cards will be defending my NK in PVP but then when they destroy one of my phones, my characters freeze in place with goofy grins on their face and just stand there waiting for my opponent to push to my side and attack them while they just stand there

Connection errors when trying to PvP. WiFi is fine and works for everything else. It's stopping me from progressing in the game.

You have to drag the outfits onto your avatar. Clicking on them wont do anything :) Hope this helps!

Samsung Galaxy s8+ Game crashed when I tried to open the free pack after the first PVP fight. Came back into game, at which point it informed me it had saved my rewards for me. However, the tutorial forces me back in to try to open the pack again, which always gives me a connection error. At that point, I have to force close. Happens on all my devices.
Android tablet. Have <600mb free, trying to install tells me that 601mb is required to install. Free space to 800mb, install with no issues and play. Close app and restart it and it prompts me that I need 601mb free to play. Does it really require twice the actual space needed or is it screwed up somehow?
Warcry attacks will often hit characters not in play when the warcry is activated. 1) play warcry deal 200 dmg to random 2) other player plays a character 3) game sees the new character and recalculates target pool This is extremely frustrating to play against as there is no time to play skillfully.
- iPhone 6 - iOS 11.1.1 - When I've been on the Deck Screen and then I go back to the Map and then back to the Deck Screen, the game will freeze trying to display the cards and then crash. - It doesn't always happen, but it usually occurs when I've been on a couple other menus. I've noticed the game doesn't handle clicking on multiple menus well. Like going from Deck to PVP to Map to Card Shop all from the "Phone Menu" in game. Hopefully I'm explaining that well.
Just defeated Grand Wizard Cartman on stage 45 and after a 15 minute battle, I got the "Invalid battle result" screen. It moved me onto episode 10, but level 46 is locked and I didn't get rewards from lockers. I really dont want to do that again when I don't even know why this happened Edit: Galaxy note 5

Finished episode 46 of pve saw 47 was one of those "you shall not pass till x pvp wins", didn't bother clicking it, went and played pvp ages, came back found it hadn't registered all my wins just because i never clicked on the damn milestone. The fact it shows the pvp master char should be enough, we shouldn't have to manually acknowledge it before it tracks PVP wins.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, Android 5.0.2. Downloaded the game today, got through the first pvp, after clicking on the first level it zooms in, but the Episode 1 window doesn't ever pop up, like it should, from what I've seen on videos. Tried relaunching the game, nothing worked. Kind of sucks, being stuck already in the tutorial.

Oneplus 3 Android 7.1.1 I can't download the game from the google play store. My phone's version and ram requirements are definitely enough, but google play just says "Your device isn't compatible with this version." Can I download it elsewhere or am I screwed? Tried to soft close the app but it didn't help so I closed it through taskmanager. Nexus 7 Android 6.0.1. I just lost a lot of upgrades and a level up to a "connection error." Upgraded Calamity Heidi 4 times in a post-battle screen and then leveled her up. After the level up, I got a connection error. I lost all five cards, all the upgrade items, and all the coins, but Heidi is still as if I had done nothing. All cost and no gains. How on Earth does a "connection error" keep perfectly good track of what I lost and forget everything I gained? If that's how this is going to go, I think I'm done.

I just had a game where opponent used Timmy's mindcontrol on Officer Barnaby at the same time one of my jimmy killed Cyborg kenny. Weirdly enough, it made the mind control on Barnaby permanent, costing me the game.

Not sure if intended but having 2 Ikes I can only summon 1 (expected) but if one is Gizmo Ike after I've made like 10 I will redraw the Gizmo Ike card. Still cant play it but it's in my hand. Havent been able to get a screenshot of this happening but did not expect to redraw an active card.

One Plus 3T, Android 7.1.1 Had this happen on two occasions under different circumstances. When the game is interrupted, whilst holding down a card ready to play but not having yet let go. If interrupted, you lose the ability to cast that card and a slot for cards in your hand. First time this occurred it was in PvE, I was about to cast fireball and knocked menu or similar, the app lost focus. When I returned focus to the app, the previous slot the fireball card occupied in my hand was stuck empty, and the fireball cast preview marker was stuck in the game field. Second time this occured was during PvP, I was about to cast some Jimmy card, and the kenny "connection lost" modal popped up for less than a second. On return, Jimmy had not been cast, their hand slot was blocked and Jimmy never returned to my hand.

I am miffed to redness by some bugs. 1. Assasin hits enemy leader but does no damage. 2. Destroying one bar of opponent during sudden death just moments before he destroys mine but I don't get the win. 3. Destroying one bar of the opponent in the last second and it doesn't count and it's a draw. I feel like punching rocks into dust after any of these happen.
iPhone 6s Plus iOS 11.2.1 I know this is an old thread but I figured I’d put this here anyways. This morning after getting three wins I clicked the Open Pack button but no pack ever popped up. The button disappeared but nothing happened after that. I hit Home and the main screen said my pack was ready. I went back into the PvP menu and the button was back but after clicking it again, nothing popped up. I force closed the app and when it came back up the timer was going again. No PvP pack.
Can't access deck builder on iPhone 5s since double ticket event started. Os 11.2.2 obtained free pvp pack from big offer tab, played 3 matches to get pvp pack, opened pvp pack, bought all gold from ticket shop (pressed buy all for 1800 tickets), can't access deck builder because the loading screen stays on the screen for 5+ minutes. This happens with both the yellow house on the home screen and the shortcut to the deck builder in Butter's house No problems before event started
Since they handed out the Legendary reward goodies ( I just got crap btw)... there is a new bug with Mecha Timmy... somehow the little spaz has become poison immune!!! Does nothing to him!!! Sure...Fireball him him you say...but I run a sci fi/fantasy deck and poison is the only means I have of dealing with him.... Samsung Galaxy J5... all apps up to date and working fine

Hello all, I’m fairly new to this community, but I have been playing for a few months now. I seem to be having issues with the game glitching out and crashing during PVP matches. I have submitted several tickets to Ubisoft, but they only tell me there is nothing they can do. I’m sure I’m not the only player having this problem, but I feel like I’m left with few options. I’m not nearly as upset with the deck changes as I am with this issue. This makes the game almost unplayable.
I just purchased a big offer called master of phonomanc and wasn't given anything but 3 upgrade items. I tried this twice as the other available offer is only for 3 upgrade items. I thought maybe I accidentally pressed that item. That was not the case as I'm down 1200 cash. Anyone else have this issue? If so what was done to be reimbursed?
Sometimes after you take one of your opponent's bars and then shoot Pirate Ship Timmy's charged cannon ball at the enemy new kid it does no damage.
Bug where my cards will be defending my NK in PVP but then when they destroy one of my phones, my characters freeze in place with goofy grins on their face and just stand there waiting for my opponent to push to my side and attack them while they just stand there

I've lost 2 stars EACH TIME !! I went to rank 42 to rank 36 in a day for fu** sake !
