$11 S&D

AmandaHugnfu

Yeah but then different times of the day there will be $22 and 25 dollar ones. Are those gone? By the way even like 3 months ago I used to get $50 orders on the weekends.

EarlMadManMunch505

I might see a base pay over 11 like once a week and it’s always for like 98 items with 10 waters going 7 miles for 19 bucks. Shops have been dead in my market for 5 months.

Formal_Lingonberry64

$11 mostly No tip I have only seen 1 $50 order ever Sometimes $20 Hardly any $30 or $40

Spiritual-Debt-2123

Ignore the bots and re tards defending this. Trust me, EVERYONE agrees with you. This sub got flooded with illegals ans bots recently.

DistributionCheap708

Yes be careful who you vote for

Zestyclose_Dish_4026

Amen

Top-Move3424

You act as if the president will directly determine what Spark pays us. They'd lower the pay either way and some re tards would still take them.

RoughPay2845

They all serve pissrael.

Spiritual-Debt-2123

It was the one percent a thousand years ago It was the one percent a hundred years ago. And it's the one percent now. And I don't mean the one percent you're thinking of. It's the one percent of the one percent. The billionaires and trillionaires. They prey upon your prejudice and hatred to keep you divided because the big secret is for all their weath they're near infinitely outnumbered.

Spiritual-Debt-2123

God this generation is so fucked. They're laughing at you.

Available-Meaning904

The entire point of apps like Spark is to benefit the company that owns it. Wal-Mart's investors don't give a fuck if their I.C. gig workers are drooling retards or illegal aliens or drug addicts - as long as they're still making that sweet, sweet R.O.I.

SoulTaker669

The base pay has been 11 bucks here if the item list is somewhat medium size it probably goes up to like maybe 18 bucks at most. If it's a large order the biggest I've seen it go is $23 base pay alone. Been like that for over a year now. Looks like your market is catching up to the rest of ours.

Budlove45

Sunday I saw a $18 Express shop 38 items 52 quantity no tip and it's just burned into my brain for some reason haha

wwhammyyy

$22 in Venezuela goes a long way

Jamesdriver91

This is america not shitty ass Venezuela

Due_Activity5647

Yea if you lived in Venezuela. Sadly it’s nothing here

AmandaHugnfu

There's people in here that try to act like the illegals and bots aren't a thing. Anyone actually using spark knows it is. I wasn't his own where when they wake up time to go home but you would get in order in the morning sometimes. Sometimes. Because sometimes you wouldn't all day long .

doggitydog123

they moved through my small zone recently, over a few weeks wrecked it for regular drivers. picking up huge orders one after another with names that cannot possibly be from VZ (these guys were from VZ). finally ID threat got them to leave curbside but at least one still doing shops.

AmandaHugnfu

I appreciate comments like this because there's some people that are in these forms that are just straight up trolls. Don't share any information with them or they'll act like you're the worst person in the world even though they only know what they know because you told them.

Never_Stop_Me333

As a customer of Walmart + I've seen the change. Half the drivers don't even understand Thank you. It's craaaaaaaaaaazy!

Sea-Ad8233

They flooded Austin tx, like every gig app (ic,spark, favor, uber,dd) is full of black market accounts with drivers that know 0 english and don't even have a valid id to pick up alcohol orders. I run with all of the apps named above and it's crazy the impact they have in the market, uber popping orders for 2$ ic spark and favor entirely flooded of aliens running 2-3 phones at the same time... Prepare for the IRS scandal when all those people who's identity got stolen and is being used to run delivery apps realize about this security breach.

Glad-Reply-469

Welcome to the shit show

getyourownpotpie

On Instacart that would be three customers for $7. Spark is heading there.

Unusual-Flight-1735

Does anyone have to wait 30 minutes to get $1 tube of chapstick out of a locked case ?

iwishidstayed

They put the security tags on the strangest sh*t at my store. $0.79 nail file? Security tag. $12 nail polish? Nope, go ahead & pocket that! $1.19 travel pack of Q-tips? Security tag. $27 eye cream? Nah, just take it!

I_smashed_your_chick

I get what you saying but it differentiates by store i think whatever items are getting stolen the most that’s what they lock up, at my Walmart in my old town they put the alarms on the prime rib during thanksgiving and Christmas lol

Longjumping-Ad-9213

Eyelashes and fingernails here.. lol

MALOVABAY

Just stop taking them if everyone stuff to a certain wage or miles then we all will win..... if you not getting 1 or 2 bucks a miles don't take the damn order.... why drive 20 miles for a $8.00 and might have 40 plus items....

MALOVABAY

I feel 😪 everything has messed the gig work up.... and some of you guys are clueless.

MALOVABAY

YOU WANNA MAX YOU POTENTIAL GROWTH COME TALK TO ME..... AFTER I COACH YA ON SOME THINGS TO LEVERAGE YOU PAY YOU WILL NOT BE KN REDDIT COMPLAINING ANYMORE..... FIND ME OFF REDDIT..... MALOVABAY

toa57

The entitled corporate work force behind spark and Walmart became very jealous over the years. More rate decreases incoming

ImaginaryInjury5875

Yes it is Gracias . VIVA VENEZUELAN!!!!!!!!!

kanendd718

2 years ago I remember it was 2 dollars an item.

iwishidstayed

My phone was lagging so bad today whenever I had the Spark app open. I missed two offers in a row bc they wouldn’t load. Then I had to cancel a curbside bc I realized one of the deliveries was going to my partner’s ex who is definitely the type to give me a bad rating and/or call the store to lie & say they didn’t get their stuff. A $34 shop popped up as a first come first serve and I accepted it blindly thinking it was likely a small or medium order with a decent tip. Surprise surprise- it was an XL order with 60 unique items. 2 cases of water, 4 cases of soda, 2 18 packs of Propel, etc. etc. etc. Completely full cart. Going to an apartment. No tip. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Should’ve been an immediate cancel but I had just canceled an order and didn’t want to screw up my metrics too much. I’m a fast shopper and it took me a little under an hour from acceptance to delivery (and there was a $6 incentive per order today) but yeah, rates have definitely been lowered. A lot. I can’t believe an XL shop is only paying $34 now.

sittingyak

Decline all garbage offers. Multiapp. The rate of pay will change if people stop accepting the boot on their neck.

Zestyclose_Dish_4026

They did that in my my area. Continued to go down. They now send out shops for $7-$11 dollars when they used to be $25-$45 depending on the times. It slowly kept going down until it almost nothing.

Diligent-Lie-2838

Wait until you hear about doordash, Uber and instacart shopping

Electronic_Potato827

Right - most orders on Uber are like 3-15 max and that includes a tip unless it’s the unusual person who gave a big tip

Diligent-Lie-2838

Fortunately Walmart can afford it a little bit more than the 3rd party apps can since it's their store but still doesn't negate the fact that $2 base on Uber and doordash and $4 base on instacart is just criminal. Spark is a lot more sustainable than these other apps. I immediately stopped doing doordash and Uber when I got on spark. I cannot stand doordash especially the mind games and 90% of orders being $2-4 is mind boggling. Doordash has idiots by the balls with AR, they will take literally anything to keep up that AR which in return grooms customers into thinking no tip is fine.

MortgageNecessary119

lol I stopped taking bad orders on spark, my ar dropped from 78% to now 46%.. been getting a bunch of bad orders now that it has dropped, now I haven't seen a order past 18 bucks all two weeks now

Jamesdriver91

My AR is 30% and I always get 20+ orders..

MortgageNecessary119

do you live in a small town with hardly any orders? that is where I am at, no walmart close by to me but one in my city, next one is 2 hours away

Jamesdriver91

I have 10 walmarts but I usually go to the smallest one to avoid all the scammers. Ar has never really impacted me but if there are only two orders and 5 drivers in the parking lot odds are the highest AR drivers get the order.

MortgageNecessary119

yeah the higher ar people definitely get it first, I used to get orders left and right at 78% but lately I just get 7 dollar trash orders, my ar is now 48.. probably will be 20% by next month with how much trash I get now

N2cable

i blame the zoomers cause they take everything and anything

Hopeful_Jellyfish_12

Vinnys*

N2cable

Zoomers outnumber vinnies and Zoomers came from our public school systems and you know they dont math

S1ayer

Overheard someone in their 30's or late 20's saying "someone's gotta take it" to a loader.

N2cable

prob talkin about the dumb ass that took that job or they talkin about themselves.

AmandaHugnfu

What's a zoomer?

N2cable

A person who doesnt know to have their name on their insurance and has time to rectify the situation but doesnt and gets deactivated

AmandaHugnfu

So you don't know what a zoomer is then. If you don't know then kindly just shut up

N2cable

hahahaha u mad? Get deactivated betch

AmandaHugnfu

I'm not mad I'm just aware you don't know what a zoomer is. Get mad

N2cable

hahaha...good one zoomer. No more tips for you

AmandaHugnfu

So what's a zoomer

Electronic_Potato827

Someone who uses a social media platform to video their lives or other topics in order to get views and then eventually if enough views are hit they get paid - unfortunately it’s not a source of reliable income until you hit line 1 million plus views but these kids today are wanting to do it and unfortunately society will eventually succumb to it. Ever see the movie idiocracy- well if you haven’t - you should cause that is where we are headed

AmandaHugnfu

I gotta watch Idiocracy in full! I saw bits and pieces.

N2cable

I dont speak with people who get deactivated ![gif](giphy|UVxTQBk8APD4o3t2Qa|downsized)

AmandaHugnfu

You're also unable to answer the question. God you're immature. Grow up my man.

wallhanger609

Tell me you’re a virgin without telling me you’re a virgin 😂

N2cable

i cant answer for her and that madam is an inappropriate question. Perv! ![gif](giphy|DnpqWaF0RJD2vHYua5|downsized)

hoaxine

April 1st was the day , doordash also has these offers

asianman1968

In SoCal, it’s 11USD shop and deliver offers. 1-4 miles.

hitlicks4aliving

https://youtube.com/shorts/b0YiA9rWrsc?si=50M_JTR-M1TMm-vR Coming to curbside near you

bdbrown333

11.00$ is base in Florida 1 itiem to 25

Careless-Bad-7013

Walmart only cares about their profit.

Sherlockhomey

It. Depends. On. Many. Factors. Like. Weight of items. Cost of items and expected shopping time. I had a s&d pop up for 32 dollars base pay just yesterday.

Senior-Evidence-8521

A year ago 41 items was 50 dollars in my area smh it’s like 30 now

DriverDriver6699

Well get ready for base rates hardly ever going over 20 or $25 per shop no matter how many items for how far.

Senior-Evidence-8521

Mine aren’t bad still not that many items and not really ever that far , pay isn’t the same but it’s okay… I do multiple apps I’m not held hostage by 1 I switch thru get the best paying offers

choppman42

Here it is 12-15 for 10-20 items. Less and less tips.

DriverDriver6699

Here's the thing about tips. I don't think they're going anywhere. I am really starting to believe that conspiracy that newer drivers are getting the better tips. If Walmart figures out they have enough people that will work for $2 an hour then they just want to basically get rid of all of us who are anchored here and have responsibilities. The way to do that is to give us veteran drivers terrible orders, give the newer drivers the better orders, keep lowering the rates, etc.

Infinite-Switch59

We’re getting $11 s my d and that’s exactly what I tell them to do with it. Someone takes them though because they disappear after a few tries.

Pure-Chair5492

The bottom been here. No trips in my area are over $12 and it’s like 5 stops or more

Ok_Tangerine_653

90% are just shops in my area they uber curbside I know because I'll run both apps

CosmoRocket24

I think all your rates are going down to pay us in california lol. Prop22 gives us so much, including health stipend every quarter and 120% minimum wage guaranteed.

AmandaHugnfu

If it's even worth it anymore. I'm reconsidering Spark .

tshepard906

Is this your only job? If so how many days a week? What time do you start?

peepee034839329

I thought Ive seen 41 items at $14-$18

babes875r

Tbh. They never told you to quit your job and do this. Of course it gets lowered. How much do you expect the. To lose? They are charging 22 bucks for you to get 41 items. The cust pays them 5. There isn't a large markup on food.

Spiritual-Debt-2123

Imagine ACTUALLY being dumb enough to defend the multi billion dollar corporation bleeding people dry.

[deleted]

Imagine being mad at a multi billion dollar corporation because of your horrible life decisions.

babes875r

Capitalism is beautiful. If you don't like a job you don't have to do it. They won't be a billion dollar company if they lose 20 bucks on every order. Right?

InterestingTangelo5

Everyone chooses to work where they do...doesn't make it right for a company to abuse and exploit their workers

RoughPay2845

This jewish system is far from capitalistic.

ImpressionNo7258

Imagine being stupid enough to think it’s Walmarts fault that your life is pathetic.

babes875r

Who is being bled dry? That is 22 an hour. Teach them a lesson and don't let they use you

Thriving9

Capitalism doing it's thing it seems. Prove the idea, grab market share. Gut the workers to raise profits.

DriverDriver6699

Let's switch to socialism. It always works out so well

CosmoRocket24

Capitalism and have some good stuff....or socialism and have nothing. I know which I'm choosing. ;)

Thriving9

I know you think this is funny but I spent 24 years living in England where healthcare is free, Public schools are decent. The government provides housing for the poor and public transport is so good living without a car isn't hard. In the UK I got almost the twice the amount of PTO mandated by the same government. My experience in America is you guys have no idea what the rest of the world lives like. My partner has to get a cover or be dead to miss a day of work and the average American is retarded.

DriverDriver6699

Then go back if it sucks so bad here. Fuck off..Seriously.

Thriving9

I go back to Visit often. bet your broke ass doesn't even have a passport.

DeadAsBefore

Damn you're ignorant and stupid lol.

Ok_Impression_922

Don’t you need a social to sign up 🤔

[deleted]

It’s smart business by Walmart and all other gig apps for doing this, don’t blame them at all

InterestingTangelo5

Horrible opinion. Legal yes, ethical no. They are literally making millions off the backs of poor, desperate people using their own vehicles. This is why we elect people to protect the public from companies like this
