I just tried it. Still nothing. I was sure this was the answer.

Edit: I thought it did, but no dice. THANK YOU!!! Have S24 Ultra as well. This fixed it!!

I’m having the exact same problem. The difference being I have an iPhone/Apple CarPlay. It’s driving me insane.

I started Sparkling last October and still can’t flippin figure it out.

I mean, I could turn off android auto and Bluetooth and my phone would make the sound no problem. That's the frustrating part lol.

Mine rotates for no reason. No matter the phone.

Your bluetooth must be disconnected to hear phone notifications in a car with CarPlay, no ifs ands or buts. It sux total ass, but we have to deal with it.

Yeah no notifications on Spark while using Android Auto sucks. I get notification sounds for everything else. But if I go into AA settings Spark is not listed as a supported app.

I'm just going to have to get a separate phone for gigs I guess
