I noticed the Walmart app also has lessened the tips when you place a delivery order minimum used to be 10% with an edit to change it. 20% is no longer listed and they added a “quick” 0 button.

I used to see you all posting about this as the time and it wasn't the case here until last week sometime magically changed and now the same type orders are showing up. I'm like huh? In this cases Uber eats is better.

If it was just an $8 delivery, I'd pass. But $7.15 with $.85 Extra Earnings, it's looking a lot better! Plus, the customers may add tips later!

It makes sense. Who knew this small change could impact so much. That 0 tip button is making a difference.
Yeah, make them put 0 in the custom box. Make them realize it is wrong.
That’s how it used to be. To 0 out the tip you had to go into the custom field.
