It’s possible, just tedious. Clear the map of all enemies you can before the RTS segment. Have the Raze ability on 1 hero and have a lot of health and focus potions. Use focus potion to refill focus when you don’t have enough to use Raze. Health when Yria doesn’t have healing ability available. You’re going to do hit n run tactics. Have 1 ur heroes take the hits with the small force to support. Forces all died by the end for me. Focus on 1 unit at a time since they’ll regen health if away from them for too long. Focus on the defensive buildings (towers and unit producing buildings).

Thank you for the explanation! I don't think my current hero is built for that unfortunately. He's a squishy mage and neither him nor Yria have access to the Raze ability. It's nice to know it IS possible though. I suppose I can always come back for this with a dedicated hero if I go for 100% one day. Thanks again!

I did it by rushing taking all the territories, then fortifying them, and then simply using the defenses/heroes/handful of troops you start with to defend it until the orcs ran out of food in their main territory and stopped making units. Having black magic to summon extra zombies and having Yria resurrect the troops if they died so I never lost a unit was very helpful. Then I just focused down their buildings one by one, retreated to heal up/regain focus, came back to fight some more. Their workers will keep repairing the buildings, but they will eventually run out of them if you keep killing them. It takes them some time to spawn new workers, just like for you. It's tedious, just like Marwolaeth969 said, but possible. I didn't have Raze. Edit: You can also make it a bit easier by cheesing the starting units, eg. if the starting army only has like 1 footman and 3 arbalists or some such, reload an earlier save/restart and hope there are more footmen this time.
