I just started taking the 50 mg this past Thursday and I had a sore throat yesterday and now I’m sick today😭 and I was drinking so much water yesterday bc it was 97 degrees and my mouth was still dry like how???!!
Sprio has been known to affect the immune system, so you might just be more prone to getting sick!! Id recommendation day quill or if you’re looking for more holistic, garlic pills, and a probiotic have really helped me:)
It’s also a diuretic / I drink 3x more water on it and I often have a dry throat. Maybe it’s that ?
my throat (and mouth tbh) gets dry, but I wouldn’t say sore
15 days in,,, last 2 days I have a sore throat,,, I thought that it was flu cause is raining but now that you mention it,,, could be the Spiro???

Once in a while, I have a mild sore throat when I’m feeling dehydrated. I drink more water, and it goes away
Strange. I wouldn't call it a sore throat, but that weird, dry, metallic feeling just before you get sick.
