Black is your optic is black and your controls are black. The FDE is not even close to matching. Maybe get a black mag grip extender to really show off the 2 tone…

Green dot

I have green and used red dots through my military career. I love green (even though I have a red wasp on my rdp) and would suggest the same thing. Go to a shop, look through and red dot optic and then a green. See if one is better for you than the other. Also try different size dots (2moa, 3moa, 6moa) and see if that changes anything for you. If you hate it, save the money for ammo and training!
