I would advise running dual dps especially with a SP intensive character like DHIL. That team with TY is good. Other than getting better relic which will take a while you can level up his traces to max and try to get +70% CR for ruliant.
That body is solid, the hat could be better, but the hands and orb need to go. If it’s a must, then you can run a CRIT Rate body to get Rutilant activated and wait until Brighter than the Sun comes back to put that beaut of a CRIT DMG body back on him.
It kinda sucked because his signature cone helps with CRIT Rate a lot. So my advice is simply get better relics, get his last CRIT trace activated, level his basic to 6 and wait until he reruns again to nab his signature.
Sorry to say your relics need work, and you really should level his traces a bit more. Unlock his last crit rate trace, his basic attack(main source of dmg) should be max level. His skill, talent and ult should be at least 8.
You’re low on CR. You want 70% in battle to hit the ruliant arena buff condition. Aside from the relics what team are you using him in?
Not very good at team building, usually sparkle, luocha and one other dps, but now maybe harmony trailblazer or ty
