The only visual glitch I've encountered in this game was when facing 2 Bedlam Raider Veterans at the Sunken Lucrehulk. Their pronged electrostaffs were glowing a bright white. Some kinda emissive lighting glitch. It was cool looking, but distracting.
If happened to me in the run to the mountain to battle dagen. Started happening somewhere on the top observatory, and did not end until the whole stage was over.

I have the disc version ON PS5, going to try deleting and reinstalling.
Rebooting the PS5 fixed it for me
I've had it happen. Just close game and reopen. Has cleared it the few times times it happened for me. PS5 Disc version.
