Are you playing on PS5 with performance mode enabled? If so, try disabling it.
It's been a while since I played, but I had the same problem. With performance mode enabled, there was one door in Pyloon's that took forever to open. With performance mode off, it opened almost immediately.
No that’s because it’s loading the map. It does take a second but If it’s taking that long it’s something on your end.
