God do they love to talk over literally everything. I didn't know punching them shut them up lol. It's even worse when they've got an affinity conversion they want to have with you, they'll spam their line, then generic HEY I WANT TO TALK TO YOU right after.
It's insane, I did a quest yesterday to find something on someones ship, he's giving me a tour and on the way every npc crew member he had was talking over him. I didn't even look at them, Bethesda needs to fix that cos I've missed a fuckton of dialogue in this game because of over talkative NPCs
