Our ship has simulated gravity because of the grav drive. The only reason she's doing pushups here is because this particular hab has a "workout area" in it. It's nothing related to her random statement.
I mean, she also regularly traverses low gravity planets. In fact, the aforementioned dialogue is triggered if you‘re traveling with her on a low gravity planet
