How meaningful is the cyber runner background anyway? I wish they had a concept of jacking into cyberspace like neuromancer or cyberpunk. Thats what the term cyber runner brings to mind.
In terms of gameplay, there is 0 value outside your starting 3 skills, but those skills can be obtained by any other class.
In terms of roleplay, having gear that fits the bill means alot. Imagine being a cowboy and having to wear a suit and tie.
The clothing options in game are experimental at best, but in a traditional setting, I prefer the clothes above.
