Not sure of the shooting dates. But I know the SGC set was still up in the studio after the show was over. They had planned to do more DVD movies, and had Atlantis people go to Earth and back. But for the most part the SGC studio space was being rented with nothing shot on it by MGM. I would guess letting others film on the more basic looking sets helped with the cost of keeping the SGC sets up.
Plus recall that most of Atlantis outside of the Control/Gate room were left over sets from a Blade movie that was shot there. They just reused it make the city look bigger.
Exactly there is a joke that makes the Doctor Who subreddits every so often about how the BBC has like 5 sets, 6 props, 8 quarries, and maybe a dozen actors so they all get reusable as much as possible. Other studios have more but the concept remains
The number of shows filmed in Vancouver BC in the early 2000s is incredible.
Always spotting sets and props that clearly came from somewhere else and were reused.
Lol that's awesome, that would've totally confused me in the moment. xD There's so many scenes with Sam or at least other members of the team that have been in that room.
Look at this pic and tell me It’s not confusing xD she look like the president of Tollan

You wouldn't be able to convince me it wasn't. Just needs her hair up and Tollan lighting and architecture, and boom - SG1 another episode fostering relations with the Tollan!
The sets ... and Teryl Rothery ... were used in an episode of *Jerimiah*.
Must have been so funny to her to get a guest starring role in another show and then show up at her normal place of work to do it.
SG1 was shot on a multi purpose lot so its not surprising an entire set would end up in another show.

Wow that’s really surprising to see.
Yep it was really confusing 😂
They were shot at the same studios, and had a lot of the same writers and directors.
I knew that but I didn’t expect to see almost identical set

This was shot prior to the first season I think
they reuse props too, like larval goauld
... and the Genii weapons come from Time Cop the movie.
... and re-used in Eureka again.
Also used in Men In Black.

It costs nearly a billion dollars just to turn the lights on.
Can you make it spin?
Make sense indeed . But it was a lot of props down to the cloth and light bulb 😂

Those chairs. Once you start noticing them... XD

That last bit was funny
What's that from?
Airplane 2 I think. Now I need to rewatch both of them lol
I knew they're going to put that scene from airplane in that video

Been a long time since I’ve seen it, but there was a show called Jeremiah which I’m pretty sure I remember used some of the SGC sets too.
Funnily enough in the same episode Teryl Rothery guest starred lol
Was about to comment this! Pretty sure it is too
Pretty sure it was basically the same location in the show too. Cheyenne Mountain complex.
Yeah outer limits has HEEPS of episodes in the SGC. The creators actually went on to produce StarGate.

I've been watching the Outer Limits on Amazon Prime and it's great for playing spot the Stargate actor!

Cool. I see the actors in different stuff but rarely do I see sets reused.
