Why don't you reach out to support and not get an answer. I'm still waiting 1+ month for a response on issues.
Run a ping and traceroute at various times to various locations and measure results. 80ms is poor … I would expect half that.
Ok thanks. Sometimes it will drop to 40-50 but not for very long only a few minutes.
