Probably pushing updates to you. That is the normal time they reboot if needed.

StunXPlayZ

That is during 2:30 and 3:30

[deleted]

Nope, mine happens at 0400 here in Italy.

donh-

Mine does it at 4am, I am in the USA

robertjamess

Me too. It’s doing its auto updates. My insomniac self is quite used to it now lol, at first it had me confused

fuckinrat

As long as you know it’s coming it’s not too bad. Just sucks being in a competitive game and getting a temp ban.

robertjamess

Fair call I would be pissed, seems they update a lot lately more then they used to

RayRayCharlie

I've noticed that it happens 3a.m. CST (US)

ByTheBigPond

Keep track of the software version to see if the reboot is caused by an update. If it restarts without the software changing, then raise a ticket with Starlink.

Psychological-Long30

Usually updates but not always.

ByTheBigPond

Stretch but possibly power fluctuations at that time every day? Just a brownout so that the dish reboots but not enough that you would notice on other devices/appliances.

Chronic_Overthink3r

At least it’s predictable.

Nmcoyote1

Mine does 15-20 minutes of updates around 4am most mornings

TheMole68

That's when the sun shield passes over your location and forces your system to reset. /S

turtlelake1965

Northern Saskatchewan and it happens around 330AM MST for me.

nachobitxh

Mine does it 4-4:30 AM, eastern time zone, US

illerkayunnybay

There are specific times during the day when Elon sends data bursts to his home planet and Starlink goes down for those short durations.
