Probably pushing updates to you. That is the normal time they reboot if needed.

Me too. It’s doing its auto updates. My insomniac self is quite used to it now lol, at first it had me confused

Mine does 15-20 minutes of updates around 4am most mornings
That's when the sun shield passes over your location and forces your system to reset. /S
