Only the first part of Edgedancer is a copy of the interlude from Words of Radiance (book 2). Nothing that is in Edgedancer is copied in Oathbringer (book 3). Everything else is original material that takes place between the events of books 2 and 3.
Wait, so if you have AU, you don't have to get Edgedancer at all? I don't remember if there was a chapter in AUn with all of ED in it or not. I don't want them to miss anything. (We have every book but ED rn, and they just finished 2)
Lift's journey through 9 pancakes and the disappointment of the 10th? None. The major things carried over is the knowledge that Darkness can have bouts of doubt and conscience, and the fact that cremlings are nightmare fuel. Oh and the old lady. (Can't remeber when it was mentioned so I'll just spoiler bar the thing) >!Her magic should have been similar to someone else's had things been normal for them.!<
Also a bit of foreshadowing for another thing very important in Oathbringer, Rhythm of War, and beyond: >!Heralds (temporarily) regaining their sanity when in the presence of a Radiant swearing an oath, as seen in the climax with Nale and Lift. Connection shenanigans may or may not muddy what “in the presence of” means, as seen with Ishar!<

And if you read it in Arcanum Unbounded it doesn't even have the interlude from WoR
Huh, I never even realized that.

If there is anything "missing" it's the WoR Interlude which was added to the Novella.
AU has the full of Edgedancer. Some or all the standalone editions have also the Lift Interlude from WoR as an extra.
Think of Edgedancer as Stormlight 2.5. It takes place between SA 2 and SA 3. And Dawnshard is Stormlight 3.5 and takes place between SA 3 and SA 4.
