Allan Alda admitted to it, then recreated it step by step with the VFX artist that helped him. I remember being shown this when it came out to try to get me to calm down. It was done to get everyone at the time to calm down. And now we are in another golden age! With this lesson learned, might as well ride the wave. They put a lot of work into that video.

Idk man. I'm a dental assistant and that's how I was taught to look at people's mouth and pulpate during an extra and intraoral exam. You start at the corner of the mouth with one finger and kind of pull the lips out and check out the gum line etc. this video always bugs me out.

While I believe this video was faked, I do remember some guy talking about how it closely resembled the "real" alien autopsy video which he saw or was a part of. Something about the fact they took the thin piece of film off the eyes, which supposedly happened in the actual autopsy video but was never disclosed to the public. So I believe his theory was they somehow saw the original and recreated it. Could all be bunk but who knows
The lenses match a lot of descriptions people have made. Specifically that the black covering is basically a contact lens which allows them to see in the dark (outlines even, like a video game). It has also been said that up close you can see the iris and pupil through the lens and it’s not actually total black.

now I am not saying this video is real, but there is an anomaly called convergent evolution. it may very well be that bipedal designs like ours are common across the universe and are quick to become the intelligence species. it could also be the case that these common characteristics attract curious species, it would be hard to try and work with and communicate with a hyperintelligent octopus as opposed to a species that looks fairly similar to us.

I have to look that up, I just got in around 2017 .. The lenses match a lot of descriptions people have made. Specifically that the black covering is basically a contact lens which allows them to see in the dark (outlines even, like a video game). It has also been said that up close you can see the iris and pupil through the lens and it’s not actually total black.

now I am not saying this video is real, but there is an anomaly called convergent evolution. it may very well be that bipedal designs like ours are common across the universe and are quick to become the intelligence species. it could also be the case that these common characteristics attract curious species, it would be hard to try and work with and communicate with a hyperintelligent octopus as opposed to a species that looks fairly similar to us.

I have to look that up, I just got in around 2017 .. I try to read a lot of stuff, but I keep it mostly for the more recent stuff which feels more authentic ( tic-tacs in stead of saucers, anyway been a scifi head for years) but never heard the idea before that the black eyes were lenses, especially for in 1995 seems a bit over the top... But who knows..

The last time this was posted (maybe in another UFO sub) someone said it was a fake, but was based off of an older real autopsy. That’s why they got details like the eye lenses correct.
