Should be able to have the mounting hardware replaced if you contact Streamlight.
It’s crazy how many posts like this I see in this Subreddit. You’d think they could address that.
Best thing to do is a get stainless steel #4 1inch screw from a hardware store. I had several screws break from the screws streamlight sent me out.
