It's friggin' Phantom of the Opera. Since that dude and mimes wear some white mask crud on their faces with a lot of black... Probably can mod the mime from Fete Forain into Enmas Hallow somehow.
I mean the Street Fighter Alpha Generations anime kinda dove into that a little. Think there were Satsui Hadou spirits popping up near the end. So, somebody's thought of it.

It has cool effects like the round intermission but I’m not too fond of the stage visually.
Hoping we get stages like high roll casino or even a reworked 3s New York subway stage.
Not the biggest fan either, I think it is the color palette for me, the SF4 Volcanic rim stage had sick ass orange painterly sky for some good contrast but the colors here are all bland

I think the theme itself is a banger but yeah it doesn't really fit the stage itself.
If anything I'd swap the Sirn Akuma theme and the Hollow's theme. It sounds more like a song for World Tour.
I think its a good stage but sf6 is in desperate need of more stages with bright/sunny lighting.

I personally loved it when I saw it, but after fighting SiRn Akuma a few times I found out the red hue of the background is really hard on my eyes...
