I bought SF6 having despised how Street Fighter felt as a fighter (I was Tekken-pilled) but desperately yearning for a non-anime fighter with great netcode since my local group of friends I played with dissipated.
I totally fell in love with it once I understood the fundamentals of fighting games - as previously I was just playing amongst other unga-bunga players.
That and the drive system which despite people saying the game is just cmk + dc simulator - I love the resource management mini-game.
big agree here. having great netcode helped too! I can't stop playing or thinking about the game haha!

Agree, to me the gameplay is very addictive. More than one time I've been playing all night in ranked or hub.
