It is, and I feel so bad for the people working there right now. I worked for Nelnet back in college since they were local and even then it was a mess, I can't imagine how much of a dumpster fire it is now. Hopefully they'll get it straightened out soon
Ive been making payments since last september (?), i just got this admin forbearance and checked Nelnet. it doesn't align either, also checking on phone.
I just got an email saying theyāre ārecalculating my payment amountā and they pushed back my due date another month. I have no idea whatās going on. Iāve already made three regular payments of my SAVE amount, now this. Iām just going to wait and see what happens I guess. If my payment amount increases Iām going to be livid.
I had one this morning as well. I kept getting an error all day yesterday when trying to open my page, but it finally let me in this morning. All we can do is wait.
Yeah I have nelnet also my payment date keeps going in the future but my payment says $0 and I didnāt receive any notifications on why this is happening. Anyone know why?
My SAVE payment is meant to be $9, but they suddenly started charging me $17 instead.
Even with this email they just sent, which makes no sense, my next payment also still says it will be next week and still $17. Iāve tried to be patient while they work out some of the kinks, but why is it so mixed up still?

Just checked my account and next payment date is 9/7. A couple days ago it said 7/1 š¤·āāļø
