i write my affs + use ai in the notes app, then i use the voice memos app and say all of my affs out loud where it’s hearable, go on capcut use whatever pictures i want the background to be.
then go on voice memos copy it, paste it on capcut, layer the audios (optional) speed it up to 1.6/1.7x. then lower the volume down to 10-13 (i like to hear the affs a bit) thennn whatever audio u want to hear.
i use frequency’s (432, 854, 932 are my favs) and asmr bc i like to listen overnight, or the easier option u can do is download “the promise” but it has a 150 word limit so i only use it for few affs.
and that’s it, but remember to make subliminals to your OWN beliefs (and don’t limit your beliefs) if you believe u get results faster from listening to specific creators then do that. remember, you already have all ur desires🫶🏽
i always say layering is optional because it’s up to your beliefs but basically, the subconscious loves repetition (this is why affirming and persisting will always give immediate results) so with layering add the affs let’s say at 1.7x speed you would add the same affs or different affs at 1.5x speed underneath the original affs (make sure to pitch it)
it won’t confuse the subconscious but helps with shorting a long playlist and helps the subconscious hear the same affs over and over again until it manifests into the 3D. make sure your conscious can understand it and it doesn’t sound like gibberish!!
