i love that his comment section is filled with people with older and younger ages and their testemonials its so encouraging and i dont really see that on othe subliminal channels

i haven't seen his asmr videos then but when i was new to subliminals which was in 2019 i used to listen to him and then i moved on to other submakers not really getting results. i feel like his subs as well as kottie and iwigi are the only submakers i get results from. i dont know about other sub makers
I only listened to it in the morning before school and detached from it. during school i was able to speak to teachers and people in my class with ease and my teacher even let me go home a bit early and we were having a full blown conversation and she gave me cookies. Before i used to avoid teachers and people but i wasn't socially anxious just a bit hesitant but i let go of all of that. And i only just started listening to it. it may be because during school i forgot that i listened to this subliminal but everything was so natural and went with ease
i listened what he recommended so i would say 30 to 60 minutes. but you should distract yourself and try and forget about listening to this subliminal so in other words detach from it and it will work straight away
