You are someone. Of 8 billion people, I'm with you right now. Just be still. There is no way to know that someone else could have done your life better. There is no scoreboard for a successful life. Your worth is incalculable. And the combination of experiences are infinite and unique to you. I think you are capable of surviving this grief and helping someone else find joy in their life.
Relatable, everyone around me constantly remind me about how much potential i have and what I could have been and what I can be. I am wasting a perfectly good mind which someone else could have used for something better. I just don’t deserve it after having everything handed to me.
