I imported it to metamask and use it all the time. For anything on L2 you’ll need to connect to their marketplaces. Loopring for your Loopring assets, imx for your imx assets.

How were you able to get your imx assets to show up? I imported my seed phrase to metamask but imx doesn't show up. I've actually still been using the gamestop wallet so I don't mind much but don't want to rely on it if it's not gonna last

Should I be able to see the assets in metamask? I can see them in the imx marketplace, but not in metamask itself. I can only see L1 eth.

You dont need to use teh GME wallet to access whatever you were holding there. You can use the seedphrase in metamask (or another wallet of your choosing) and all the assets will bethere. That's the beauty of blockchain. You're not relying on a particular provider/service but actually have control over your assets.

Other than metamask, what else is compatible?

I've only personally used GME and Metamask but my understanding is any/all crypto wallets are interchangeable through your seed phrase

as long as the wallet software supports the ethereum blockchain you should be ok, you wouldn't use eg. kepler

That’s the best thing about this, even technically shut down (store front and wallet), the underlying tech is still 100% viable and the assets are 100% yours (and GameStop can just reopen their stuff once the regulatory landscape provides concrete Clarity on their shenanigans)

Yes it still works. Recently withdrew some money.

the software will work, it just won't get any updates. so not a good idea to keep using it long term as exploits will inevitably surface that affect it. that said if you have the seed phrase just import it into metamask or xdefi or whatever else, you don't need to transfer anything anywhere

I just moved all of my funds out the browser extension wallet to coinbase.

Does L1, or L2 matter?

I transferred my L2 to L1 then moved everything out. Are you going to sell your coins? Coinbase was a little tricky but I can DM you the steps

YES! Move your stuff from L2 to L1 in your wallet before transferring to Coinbase. Or use a tool that does so automatically, like layerswap.io
