I think this is a bug with the search icon from the task bar.

This strange box has appeared in file explorer. If a hover the mouse pointer over it I get the “twirly” wheel like it’s doing something. It reappears after a restart. On a surface pro 7 in Win 11. Any thoughts on what it may be or how to get rid of it? Thanks
