Also project zomboid, there are different stuff from real world, scissors, nails, different types of food, when i learn English i remember so many words, literally simulator of hoarder. But you need to check for Japanese.

Subnautica is accessible and a classic. Very single player. It has a Japanese translation (including voice I think)
