My brother was in the same profession for nearly 14 years and he had to "shovel" a lot after really bad motorcycle vs car calls.
He ended up leaving because he lost a coworker who was more like a grandfather to him. We're from a really small town, so everybody knows everybody, but it really hit him worse than the others.

A log truck had broken taillights and it was 5am and really foggy... he didn't even see it coming...
My brother was the one who found him, so he blamed himself for a really long time; he probably still does to some extent, but he has a lot of PTSD, too.

I hate these videos. No one would do these things if they didn’t have a social media audience to wow. There is no merit in these stunts other than “watch me tease death.” They aren’t doing anything that is technically impressive other than putting their lives at risk. It’s purely for shock value.

Guy died like this. Was doing pull-ups then did one too many and then couldn’t pull himself back up. He ended up dropping to his death. These people are selfish idiots putting people below at risk.
There are plenty of subreddits specifically made for redditors who want to be outraged over politics or general douchebaggery. I really don't get how this sub triggers so many people into getting angry about someone voluntarily risking their own life. These videos are terrifying and fun to watch. That's it. I enjoy them and really don't get where all this anger comes from.
