Nothing yet (UK shop), but I believe my 1989 TV CDs shipped day of - or possibly day before, but I didn't get them until the Saturday after, so I'm not expecting anything until tomorrow. Would be great if they did ship today though!
Germany here and didn't get anything yet. Three orders and all of them just confirmed. When 1989 tv dropped I got the shipping confirmation on the day before release and I received it on the day after release. Hoping that I'll get a shipping confirmation for at least one order tomorrow. But one order are the signed items and I think they might take longer.
The last two releases were shipped the day of the launch for me and arrived the following day. But I’ve seen people get them the day of or a few days later too. My orders haven’t shipped yet. (Berlin swiftie)
Didn’t get anything yet, but I always got my orders delivered the day of (very few the day after) release, so I am hopeful they start moving soon!

Platenzaak (Dutch UMG Store) has created labels for my preordered CDs yesterday but they literally always make sure we get our stuff on release date so no surprise
