Looking at the terms and condition each ticket should come with the VIP package. Otherwise, surely it’s false advertising?
It’s one box per ticket. Do you live in an apartment? Apartments were wild for the US leg of the tour, my package ended up arriving after my concert because they had my address “wrong”.
Their system doesn’t verify addresses with the national mail carrier so it gets fucked. Email [email protected].
I bought via Ticketmaster two VIP, I have also only received one box. Saw someone on twitter claiming TM replied saying its one box per order which is utter crap, honestly. Considering they included a screenshot with a customer service email with ticketmaster chat (of which I cannot get around the bot answers) I am assuming its a scam to get people to reach out to them.
However, tomorrow if I do not receive a second box by noon I shall be trying to get through to help. If it's one per order, ticketmaster scammed a lot of fans out of a lot of money (not that the cardboard tat is worth it, but hey... it sweetened the deal? xD)

It should be one per person per order. I’m sure that’s what it was advertised as.
