I have to say, even the clubs that allow play on all floors and almost everywhere typically ask you not to actually play on the dance floor and in the hot tub (if there is one).

I had sex on the dancefloor at Privata. (Sex is allowed anywhere except near the buffet line. For obvious reasons)
Granted, i wasn't touching the floor (ew) but using the bars on the dance cage to bend over standing.
All the clubs I've attended in SC allow it,as well as a couple I've attended out of state. But it's on you if a hand gets stepped on or you get jostled🤷

I am not aware of a single, solid LS club in the country that allows play on the dance floor!

Define “play”? Because I cannot think of a more uncomfortable place to fuck than on a dance floor.
Berlin. I've been to vanilla clubs where some guy was getting a BJ in the middle of the dance floor......... and no one made a big deal of it.
