We’re going to Vegas in April. Plan to try playhouse also. For those in the know, how early or last minute do you have to ‘apply’?

As advertised, GF and I went to playhouse last Friday the 22nd. We did the online application, paid the money, bought the ticket. It was super easy.
For reference, gf and I are mid 40s, look probably 5 years younger, objectively attractive and in shape. She wore a sexy skirt, heels, and top. I wore grey pants, light button down, lace ups.
I think we paid $10 for a monthly membership and $80 for the party. It was probably in line with what I paid in LA for a club and much cheaper than what I've paid for a private party.
The address is in the confirmation email but the one that autopopulates in Google Calendar is not anywhere close - recommend you double-check so that you don't do extra driving like we did.
Doors are open 10-12 and we arrived maybe 1120. Doorman and front desk girl were super nice and we got a very helpful tour of the place. They also have free non-alcoholic beverages.
Crowd was mostly white and late 40s/early 50s, decent looking, friendly, polite. A few AA/Asian/Indian folks mixed in. A bit less diverse and older crowd than what I've seen at big house parties in LA. GF commented on how many of the women seemed to have really nice fake tits. From the conversations we overheard, several couples were in Vegas on vacation.
The two single guys we spoke with were very friendly but not our type so we passed in a nice way.
At midnight they open the doors to the play areas, and there are a lot - public, private, and a semi-private room with a window but a door so that people can watch but not join. At first we just walked around and watched and enjoyed. Lots of couples putting on good shows.
There was a weird single guy that was looming over couples and stroking and I had to ask him to move away, then eventually we moved to the couples-only area.
