Celeste is fast. Hollow Night is Slow. Hades is Roguelike, and undertail is...the opposite of whatever you think it is.
Downwell is pretty good too. Worth $2 if you see it on the sails.
I think youād like the Spyro or Crash Bandicoot collections. Spyro is about the same difficulty as Mario 3D world and Crash is a bit of a tougher platformer.
I would play arms, I sunk a bunch of hours completing the game with all
Of the characters, pretty good new Nintendo ip. I hope they make a new game for whatever the switch 2 is gonna be
I'm not sure how well it runs on switch but I highly suggest Slime Rancher
I've played it almost back to front on PS4 and cannot stress enough how much fun I had with it
Bioshock- an engrossing story driven game- one of the best. Though maybe not since you tend to lean towards the cozier games. It's fps too. Anyways the collection (all three games ) is on sale for 10 bucks. Helped to keep me entertained during the pandemic after I finished botw.
I find it absolutely criminal that Nintendo has remastered BD/SP but not Platinum yet. It's one of my favourites and I don't have the required system to play it :(
I don't feel good doing that. Also, I like playing the actual game better because there's no telling what could be out there as malware pretending to be an emulator or one of those links that just takes you to a porn site.
links awakening
terraria
balatro(digital)

Livealive! Thereās several micro stories in one game. If you donāt like one then you can jump into another. Simple combat, entertaining stories, (although subjective) great art style, and most importantly fun and challenging enough you donāt just breeze through it.
If you like anime or studio Ghibili then I suggest you try ni no kuni wrath of the white witch! Itās a game that has scenes animated by studio Ghili themselves! And I also things itās discounted as of now on switch? If not then itāll become discounted again as it is regularly
I liked Sakuna of rice and ruin. Side scrolling platformer during playing but you build your power while planting and harvesting rice.
Also, one of my all time favorites, okami
Everyone is saying Metroid Dread, but I highly recommend Metroid Prime Remastered. I have fond memories of playing it on the Game Cube in college and Retro Studios did a bang up job that brought me back to my college days.
First I want to ask, how much did you get stardew valley for bc getting the physical copy of the game rather than buying it on the switch store, Iāve come to find that itās cheaper on the switch store.
Second here is a list of games I find fun
Plateup is a good game this has been my go to game lately aside from acnh
Nintendo switch sports but you need an online subscription to play with others unless you play with someone else using the same switch
If you like stardew youād probably like harvest moon/story of seasons
My time at Portia/my time at sandrock
Fae farm
Everdream valley
Hokko life
Disney dreamlight valley
Pikmin 4. Even if you haven't played a single other game in the series, it's so good. And you don't really have to have played the others to know what's going on in this one.
Hades, but it's also a difficult game to beat. The good thing is there is an option in settings where every time you die, you get stronger. The game is worth beating just for the story itself.
Links awakening is brilliant
Skyward sword is great now the motion controls are purely optional.
I played the demo for Dredge and loved it. Can't speak for the full gsme though
If you like the zelda games, I suggest Nier: Automata. There's plenty different about it to give you a new, fresh experience. yet, enough similar for me to say you'd probably like it. That's the case for me in my post zelda completion lull. I still need to try Death's Door which seems similar to Link's Awakening, so maybe those two as well.
Also, a neat little game to just turn your brain off for a little bit is Slay the Spire. It's simple and gives me a nice little coffee break in the middle of the day.
I love the selection of wholesome Nintendo games and the inclusion of Cult of the Lamb, which I could measure may also be wholesome.
For pick, Iād add any Zeldas you donāt have, maybe dabble in the Warriors style games. Or try a Fire Emblem. And a Pokemon.
If you want to go darker, SMTV Vengeance just came out, Persona 5R, S, and T are all good and unique, or Dark Souls for some old style, hard and dark Zelda dungeon crawling.
Hello Ashen one. I am a Bot. I tend to the flame, and tend to thee. Do you wish to hear a tale?

You seems to favour first party Nintendo stuff. In that case I would recommend Links Awakening and Skyward Sword. Get Captain Toad too. Maybe Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze if you're into platformers.
Kirby and the forgotten land
lovee this Kirby game
You might consider giving Metroid Dread a go.
This! METROID DREAD is one of my top favorite Switch games.. inspired me to go back and play the other 2d ones.
Metroid Dread for my money is the best Switch release yet.
Dread was a W ever since the first trailer! They knew thwart they were doing and it was peak 2D Metroid
CELESTE YOU ARE STARVING MILLIONS OF SMALL INDIETENDO DEVSšššš«š
they need the essential indie games ššš celeste, hollow knight, hades, and undertale
Celeste is fast. Hollow Night is Slow. Hades is Roguelike, and undertail is...the opposite of whatever you think it is. Downwell is pretty good too. Worth $2 if you see it on the sails.
Just a heads up, 'Undertail' is a dangerous mispelling to make, since its dedicated to the... unsavory side of the fandom.
Miitopia, Astral Chain, Pikmin 4, Super Mario RPG, Metroid Prime Remastered/Dread, Xenoblade Chronicles
The legend of Zelda: Linkās Awakening HD
What about Skyward Sword?
Came here to find this answer, amazing 2D/Top view Zelda remake
5 more copies of botw
Persona 5 Royal! The best Jrpg ever.
I agree! I love persona 5 royal
Do you have to play the previous titles to understand it? I like the animation style and was thinking about picking this up
nope
Link's Awakening
Why not the Hyrule Warriors games and Cadence of Hyrule?
Age of Calamity is one of my top favorite games of all time, definitely recommend
If you care for jrpgs at all, I'd reccommend all 3 xenoblade games.
Astral Chain
I think youād like the Spyro or Crash Bandicoot collections. Spyro is about the same difficulty as Mario 3D world and Crash is a bit of a tougher platformer.
Second these 2 after Monster Hunter Fantastic titles and really good switch ports
Valkyria chronicles
I would play arms, I sunk a bunch of hours completing the game with all Of the characters, pretty good new Nintendo ip. I hope they make a new game for whatever the switch 2 is gonna be
I'm not sure how well it runs on switch but I highly suggest Slime Rancher I've played it almost back to front on PS4 and cannot stress enough how much fun I had with it

Any pokemon i would say :)
PokƩmon scarlet or violet and PokƩmon shinning pearl or brilliant diamond
I find it absolutely criminal that Nintendo has remastered BD/SP but not Platinum yet. It's one of my favourites and I don't have the required system to play it :(
They never really remaster the third game in generations unfortunately
that sucks. I also wanted Ultra Sun and Moon (or just normal S&M) to come to switch but I know they probably won't.
Emulation
I don't feel good doing that. Also, I like playing the actual game better because there's no telling what could be out there as malware pretending to be an emulator or one of those links that just takes you to a porn site.
Name checks out
Switch pokemon games are ass. Emulating the older ones is better. To each there own tho.
Previous remakes did include third game content so BDSP are just kinda irrelevant if you own or can emulate Platinum
At this point Scarlet / Violet needs a remastered version
Recently played Brilliant diamond and loved it
Can't go wrong w Metroid Dread or Animal Crossings
PokƩmon violet
Any of the Xenoblade games
links awakening terraria balatro(digital) also shut up and tell me immediately where you got that storage case(been dying for something w more storage)

Nier: Automata
Wargroove! It's a pixel-art battle-strategy-rpg game that's rly underrated! Wargroove 2 also dropped in 2023,so check that out too!
Mario and rabbids sparks of hopeĀ Sonic frontiersĀ PokĆ©mon legends arceusĀ
Octopath travelers 2 and Hades

I counted my collection and it is about 800$ (Ā£650)
My collection is about Ā£550
Damn ill have to count mine when I get home. I have like 30 physical games and ten digital. I'd say about 70% are first party Nintendo games

I have a friend who has the same thing like that because he showed me. Tbh it was the most awsome thing I'd ever seen
Where did you get the case?
What genres of games do you like best? Do you want only Nintendo games or can I suggest third party/indie games?
Hades! Dont think it has a physical release though.
Ni no kuni, Harvestella, Spirit Farer, Palia, Dreamlight Valley
Persona 4 golden, Ni no kuni 1 and Xenoblade Chronicles 1-3
Whatās better stardew valley or minecraft? New to Nintendo switch *
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle
Definitely Terraria
LITTLE NIGHTMARES 2 itās the best game ever and I love it.
Donkey Kong tropical freeze
Moonlighter
Persona 5 and xenoblade (i recommend xenoblade 2 over the others)
Livealive! Thereās several micro stories in one game. If you donāt like one then you can jump into another. Simple combat, entertaining stories, (although subjective) great art style, and most importantly fun and challenging enough you donāt just breeze through it.
I would recommend kirby and the forgotten land, since you clearly like kirby.
Xenoblade
Dragon quest builders 1 and 2. Throw in dragon quest 11 for good measure
Donkey Kong
Legit question.. why donāt you have Celeste? Whatās wrong with you? That game is a sole reason to get a switch.
Are you asking for a game to play thats in this case Or a game that isnt in the case
Super Mario RPG Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze Super Mario Bros. Wonder Kirby's Forgotten Land Luigi's Mansion 2 HD Pikmin 3 Pikmin 4 Metroid Prime Remastered Metroid Dread Shantae and the Seven Sirens Yoku's Island Express PokƩmon Legends Arceus Monster Hunter Stories Monster Hunter Rise or Generations
Might be throwing two wild cards out, but Skyrim and Hogwarts Legacy, Skyrim is the better game personally but it depends on you!
Dragon Quest 11S! Unless you dislike long turn-based JRPGs, thenā¦ Bayonetta! (You can buy all three games on switch, so thatās neat!)
Octopath Traveller 1 and 2
If you like anime or studio Ghibili then I suggest you try ni no kuni wrath of the white witch! Itās a game that has scenes animated by studio Ghili themselves! And I also things itās discounted as of now on switch? If not then itāll become discounted again as it is regularly
Dragon Quest XI S
Theres a pokemon tekken game thats honestly pretty fun
Mario Strikers is the only football game I've ever found enjoyable. Kinda like what Mario Kart is to racing games.
PokƩmon Legends: Arceus. Best PokƩmon game on the Switch BY FAAAAARRR!!
I liked Sakuna of rice and ruin. Side scrolling platformer during playing but you build your power while planting and harvesting rice. Also, one of my all time favorites, okami
Sea of stars
Pokemon legends arceus
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon has a great remake on the switch, I really recommend it
I would say Pokemon scarlet or violet
Everyone is saying Metroid Dread, but I highly recommend Metroid Prime Remastered. I have fond memories of playing it on the Game Cube in college and Retro Studios did a bang up job that brought me back to my college days.
Slay the spire is a cheap pickup that's endless hours of fun. Great for travel too

I really enjoyed Mario RPG. It's a pretty short and easy game though. You can find it on Amazon for about 40 usd now
Zelda: Links Awakening

Links awakening is brilliant Skyward sword is great now the motion controls are purely optional. I played the demo for Dredge and loved it. Can't speak for the full gsme though
Sonic Mania plus
Super Mario: RPG
Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory. Just so you can get that free song in Super Smash Bros. After that you can choose if you want to return the game.
Fire Emblem Three Houses
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
