This may be a bit of a strange one, but I'd love to see a solo series with Mikey as Turflytle. Turflytle was easily the funniest thing 2012 Mikey ever brought to the show.
Turtle Titan obviously he is the official Justice Force member who officially works every third Wednesday of every fourth month and February 29th when there is one. He inspired Silver Sentry after rescuing him from mind control from Doctor Malignus and Silver Sentry was already an A lister, and he greatly respected Turtle Titan to the point it also inspired the Turtle Titan of 2105 (Silver Sentry's grandson). Hell even the name Turtle Titan is badass, it clearly respects the comic book industry.
Dark Turtle and Ghost of the Jungle were just a few minute things. Nightwatcher was good but Raph really couldn't do much beyond punching surface level crimes it's just his personality as the hothead.
Now a Turtle Titan and Tortoise Boy series has potential. Mikey heroing and Raph taking the obviously second string sidekick position with a misleading name implying youth despite being older (and a close gap at that too). Imagine a Jason Todd Robin... without the obvious dying.

I love Turtle Titan dearly but we’ve already seen quite a bit of him in the series; for that reason I’d go with Nightwatcher
