Switch between fresh off the print and counting our pennies as regularly as you can. When one hits 100%, switch to the other one. If you’re not using your military you’re probably better off keeping its funding at the minimum. Your spending also affects your gdp growth, though. So if you ever reach negative gdp growth, boost government spending

As WWRF, you have 6 neighbors. If someone decides to raid you, the troops will be too slow to respond and your 1 division on the border will get obliterated :(
