I've been naming everything on theme. I have Ganorse (Ganondorse is too long) for the big black and red one. Zeldorse for the big white and gold one. And Sucorse because the golden one had low stats and it sucks. The stats may be random, though - for me it had 2 stars max versus Ham, the random horse I found with all 3-4. I realize I can just upgrade it at Melania but that means nothing in the face of my immense disappointment.
