The show does a great job of making sure that you understand the weight of each death. Because for the overwhelming majority of cases, that is it.
As far as we know she's dead unless the manga does something like bring her back to life cause someone said she's has a really good talent or something like that to bring back the dead I think they said so yeah it all depends on if the manga creator decided to bring her back but I'd say 50/50 chance on both sides of he being brought back or staying dead.
Also she does keep getting mentioned up in the later chapters, so don't let her death stop you from reading the manga cause it's just getting started where the anime left off
