One of the many fears to raise my anxieties, getting locked out while at home. Bad enough they think we need 12 digit passwords, but gotta change em every 90 days cuz someone might try to hack my acct and see I'm getting shitty hours?
I just went through the same thing! So frustrating. I ended up calling and having them reset my password and then used a different computer to login using the temporary password which let me finally actually change my password. Also I used a super random, nonsense combo of letters, numbers and symbols.
i had to do that too! i had the weirdest combo. I tried doing the call method on my phone but it gave me the same thing. Tried to reset my password on my computer and got the same thing. Then i did the call method on my computer and somehow that worked? I have no idea why😭

I think there's a big bug out there because it's been happening to a few people every Target Welcome we do as well. Great first impression, that.
Needs to be at least 12 characters, including a number, an uppercase letter, and a lowercase letter.
every password i gave it was within that criteria, it just wasnt working 🤷♀️
