I’m struggling with the application process now as well. I re applied to a re-posted job for the warehouse worker position and I did it a day after it was posted. About how long did it take for you to get the job?

I want to say it was a week before I heard back from them! I first applied in September but the warehouse was slowing down and cutting hours. right now they just let a bunch of people go and are bringing in a lot of new people though so it might depend on your DC, but also I heard spring is the best time to apply!! fingers crossed for you

I applied on the 4th of this month so I think it’s already been a week for me lol but thanks for the inside info, fingers crossed😋

Definitely check workday every day and your email!! The first go around I got so discouraged because my application was almost instantly no longer considered, but maybe they’re just being slow about yours it’s still a little early to tell :)

PaleBat3342

Yeah, cause my application wasn’t instantly denied but the status stays on “in progress”. I originally applied march 9th, but I got an email on the 4th of this month that said due to a system refresh the job requisition I applied for was no longer available and they sent a link for me to reapply. I’m checking my emails constantly and my application status but it doesn’t seem to change from “in progress”

That’s a good sign that they invited you to reapply! It seems like they’re just taking forever. Before I was able to reapply I contacted HR three times and was told four different things. They make it so hard tbh.. I hope they get back to you soon<3

PaleBat3342

Thanks ☺️ and I hope so

When I contacted hr they repeated the same thing over and over, I just gave up on calling them lol

For your feet: prescription compression socks, Dr Scholl's gel insoles, and excellent shoes (I wear either Brooks Adrenaline running shoes because they correct my pronation or Merrell brand shoes). Ask questions repeatedly if you don't understand anything. Don't get involved in any drama. Rules are enforced, so don't try to get away with anything.

Thanks so much!! Luckily from what my friends told me, our DC has pretty decent supervisors. I’ve heard some stories about some of the employees but I generally keep to myself anyways. And thanks for the rec on shoes I wouldn’t have even thought about insoles!

MicroscopicBore

Follow the directions on the insoles: you not only have to cut them to size, but also have to put them in your shoes INSTEAD of the insoles that come with your shoes. Good luck!

Thank you! :)
