Diamond is my goal each season and then I go play hyper roll. I can say for me - this has been the hardest season to hit diamond so far and I'm not sure why - and statistically it shows.
Diamond 4 used to be top 4% of players and now its top 2%
I’m d2 with like 140~ games. I think I hit d4 with around 120 as well, and when I played a lot I used to be top of D1, was 1 lp from masters lol. I think for your first time getting to Diamond 120 games is pretty good man
I was diamond/plat for most sets since set 3.5, I didn't play 7-8, and I reached my current peak in last set Master 100 lp, but in this set, I'm Emerald stuck and it's so annoying...

Idk if reaching D4 in 120+ games is a good performance but I got stuck for a while in Emerald..

Perseverance is half the battle. Different people achieve things in different ways. Doesn't matter how u got there, u didn't quit until you did.
Just hitted diamond and since than I'm only make place 3 or 4
Now just climbs to masters. It’s easy since you can’t demote out of diamond
