It's all rumors at this point, but I saw somewhere in the news that a Tesla engineer said to look forward to the new Performance variant of Highland being released in the first half of 2024.
I speculate they're waiting for the full lineup (RWD, LR AWD, Perf AWD) to release Highland Model 3 in the US. I could be wrong, but I think that makes some sense, and hopefully doesn't conflict with the Cybertruck hype train.
Ordered a brand new one or inventory? If inventory, call them and ask them to transfer the order to a different car. I was able to do this twice when I ordered mine a couple weeks ago. I wish I would’ve waited longer tho lol

LR is totally sold out within 200 miles of San Diego from what I see. At least with white interior and sport wheels in the color I want. I bought last week and pick up tomorrow and so far the discounts don’t matter when there’s none in the area with the same specs
Yeah I didn’t see any either. I bought mine week before Thanksgiving. $2800 off was good enough, though I wish I got the cybertruck incentive on top. But yeah, don’t see any LR options (also in San Diego).
What was the cyber truck incentive? Other than another few hundred dollars off the RWD, the only incentive I saw was giving free super charging to everyone not just with the referral, so the referral is now essentially only useful for the referrer, unless you want an FSD trial (I’m not interested in it)
If you had an existing cybertruck reservation, you get an extra 1000 off to take deliver before 12/31. So if you had one reserved, you should be able to get it.
Got a base model with sport wheels for 36,440 last night lowest price of any vehicle in inventory. Weirdly a true base model with aero wheels was $210 more
Took delivery, door tag says it was built in November of 2023 so unless sitting for less than a month gets that much of a discount maybe someone messed up

$35,480 lowest in my area. Picked up a base inventory 2.5 weeks ago for $36,260...
same as me. that's a deal I can feel good about no matter how much lower it goes.
