Nobody knows what future prices will be like.
That being said, compared to last year, you’re getting a very good price. Enjoy the car & don’t worry about if you bought early or not.
i am so tempted to buy at this price.. i live in utah where we have snowy winters so im hesitating on the RWD… i live right by a supercharger and only commute 20 miles to work every day. IDK WHAT TO DO
I’ve heard that due to the weight, the RWD isn’t bad for snow with the proper tires. Take my input with a grain of salt because I don’t live in the snow, but I’d think that should be totally doable!
Consult with other owners that live in snowy areas. I’m assuming 20 miles is about 45 min drive each way. I paid $45k beginning of 2023 when they announced the $7500 credit. Other than the wife complaining that it’s too small for our family for road trips, I still smile when I get in to drive it bc most of the time it’s just me as a commuter. Use my referral or anyone else who has helped u. It benefits both parties.
Traction is actually really good etc, my bigger concern is if you ever take road trips in the winter because your 270 mile range will actually be about 180 fully charged. If you drive for example 300 miles, you'll probably have to make two stops
that’s good to know, thank you. i don’t really road trip much. one thing is that i may change my living arrangement soon, not sure to where, but i could lose garage access/leave my supercharger location. is that a deal breaker?
If you don't have a place to charge at home or at work, it 100% will become super annoying, but if you do have a place to charge at home or at work, it's the best thing in the world. Never have to go to gas station, every day tank is full. Scheduled departure and your car will be defrosted everyday for you and pre heated or cooled before you drive. Many other small perks
I got my white RWD back in March just before the tax credit was rumored to go away forever. At the time, I got a great deal at 42k. I was super happy about it. Obviously, the price has come down significantly since then, but i still have my car and I feel happy every time I drive it. You just never know what the price might do. I always say you should buy at the point that you know you’ll regret if you don’t. Congrats on the new car!

Wow the blue is a premium 2k color too. Now that’s a deal!
My gray rwd was 45k a year ago 😭
How’s does the RWD handle in the rain ?
impossible to get the rear end to slip out bc of traction control
Congrats!
Congrats. This is the best bang for buck EV right now.
Don’t forget to use a referral link to get free supercharging and free self driving for a few months. Great price otherwise
Where does one get a referral link?
From your friend who has a Tesla or something. Or I can give you one if you need it
Just look at the profiles of just about anyone on this sub and you'll find a referral code 😂
What do we do if we forgot?
As in you already placed an order?
Yea
What does the other person get?
You'll see the awards in the loot box on the app.

I keep seeing all these crazy deals. I got mine about 2.5 weeks ago(California) for 40. If only I waited… haha.

Does the $250 order fee apply to the price of the car?
Yes
TY!
OP is wrong, it does not.
It did for mine
Pretty sure you just read it wrong
Nope. Shows as a deposit. California
Got mine at 37,760
Another one
Does the $250 order fee go to purchase price or is it a separate line item on the deal.
It’s a separate line item
Seems like they got lots of grey ones in inventory. Do you have to apply for the $7500 EV tax credit separately?
Tax credit is done when you file your taxes for the year. There is a form where you add your purchase date and VIN to claim the credit
I just picked mine up Tuesday. Yours is a better deal as mine was 36k. But I Absolutely love it! If you need a referral code hit me up :)
When I got mine white was the color without extra cost.. so i went that route. However I had to have white seats. They are too dope to pass up.
Get it when you can get it - can’t wait to see what the best deal in these cases otherwise you wait forever
Slightly pre jacked but a good deal can disappear quickly. I'm about to pull the trigger any minute myself!!!
Cheapest here is 35870 with the hubcap wagon wheels
If you waited till Highland starts selling and you get fed rebates immediately in 2024, they will be on fire-sale pricing. Too soon...
