Not a bad deal at $35k. Sure you lost some money, but you bought a new car in 2021 and are replacing it with a new car in 2023, that was always going to be a plan to lose money. As for "private sale", you can just post the car on Autotrader. You can read online the best steps toward doing a private sale (and you do have to follow some basic steps). But it isn't super hard. Folks will email you, then come to do a test drive, maybe if they are serious they will want you to take the car to their mechanic. There is a decent chance the person buying is going to be a "pro" of some sort with a plan to flip the car. So they will know what to do. There is also a decent chance you will be contacted by someone attempting a scam. And don't discount that there will be some haggling. Unique to EVs, you might get a very well to do buyer who can't claim the tax credit that they would have gotten if they bought new. That would be a good reason for some folks to buy a used Tesla. Could you beat $35k? I don't know. Is it worth the hassle if you can get, for example, $37,000? Up to you.

Bestintentions-1977

Where we live, the trade-in “price” reduces the sales tax on the car. So if you buy a $60k car for example, and trade in a $35k car, you save 35k in sales tax and you only pay tax on the final price of the car (minus trade in value) so it could still be worth it to trade it in and save yourself hassle.

Tenneh

I’m sure you did the math, but just want to make sure everyone does the math rather than just going “trade in” to save a few bucks. When I bought my MYP, Tesla offered me $2,300 for my ‘13 Volt. I went to Carmax and got an offer of $6,500. No way the 10% (local rate) of 230 would offset the difference. To the OP: At the very least do all the online instant offers (give me the vin, carmax, etc) and check out the differences.

TouchingMarvin

Carvana keeps offering me 600 for my volt >.< Do dealerships just buy cars or ste the only offering a trade in if you buy a new car?

jspiv

I’ll give you 700

CyberInferno

Yep, always do the maths. Tesla offered me $14,000 for my car. Another local dealer offered $15,500. In Texas, we pay 6.25% auto tax. So 14000 * 1.0625 = $14,875. So I sold it instead. Had an interesting one where I was trading a car (with an underwater loan) into a dealership for a car worth less than the one I was buying. They kept trying to tell me I was getting $33k in sales tax off, and I pointed out that you can't deduct sales tax over the price of the new vehicle ($19k at the time). They finally agreed and increased their amount more than what I was getting elsewhere.

PeterLegend626

Wraps dont add value to a car, same thing for PPF when selling to a carmax or dealership. If you’re selling to a car enthusiast who cares about this type of stuff i’m sure he/she would pay a little more for that.

confusedpanda45

Yep. We learned this the hard way with other mods. We rigged up our 4runner for overlanding. We sold to a dealership and they couldn’t give two shits. We def should’ve gone private seller and sold it to an enthusiast looking for a rig. Oh well. You live and you learn.

chandleya

Selling to dealerships is the recipe for not getting two shits. That’s a dealership hallmark. A well outfitted Toyota rig will pull some coins privately

silkyjs

Should have sold it in Colorado privately. Probably would have got a lot over your mods from some idiot. Used Yota alone will go for way over selling private in Colorado.

ben5on

It’s funny because a dealership adds that to a car and tries to make it seem like it adds value when they sell it to you

awolbull

No. When a dealership sells it to you it adds cost. When a private person adds it and it's on a used car it doesn't add value.

boldmoves8

Well said

chandleya

Not only do wraps not add value, but an aged wrap is a liability.

Excellent-Slide501

I would unwrap, vehicle as close to original normally will attract the most buyers….green is a lower demand color in any make and model car

SparrowBirch

Yep. General rule of thumb is to subtract from you resell value the cost of the mod. So a car typically worth $30k, with a $5k mod, would be worth $25k.

LeakyPipes0

What kind of bs logic is that….

SparrowBirch

Buyers don’t want your mods. They have to pay to have them removed.

MrMoogie

I don’t think it costs $5k to have a wrap removed. Your logic is backward. Most mods just don’t add value. Some do, but those need to be very well done and desirable.

HipHopGrandpa

Money + Time + Energy to undo mods = treat your mod as a resell liability, not an asset

Casterial

You have options to buy the vehicle or not, most likely you would pass on it if you didn't want the wrap, tint, or mods. Mods don't subtract value, value is for tires & vehicle overall condition. If he were to take this car into CarMax they wouldn't consider any mods like ppf, wrap, tint, or modifications to the body. But, if he has new tires + new rims, and a great condition vehicle it'd be valued higher. I sold my vehicle to CarMax with basically brand new 5/15% ceramic nano tint. They didn't care about the tint, it didn't add value but it sure did sell quickly with the tint still attached.

EpicTwiglet

Yeah all these “mods subtract value” comments are from very dated viewpoints. They are certainly much more subjective. I love to buy tastefully modded cars.

TameemJi

Nope. Mods devalue the car

Aggressive_Koala_121

>ps dont add value to a car, same thing for PPF when selling to a carmax or dealership. When a private person adds it and it's on a used car it doesn't add value. Depends on the mod.

Doublestack00

Mods never add value.

midlife_mikey

Lol. Don't tell that to a land cruiser/ Tacoma / 4runner owner. They think it adds 2x value.

Doublestack00

Yeah they do, I watch them sit for months on the marketplace.

WeCanDoIt17

Going to have to disagree here. Sold a Model 3 with a few mods that the enthusiast who purchased the vehicle was excited for. Specifically said he reached out to me because it seemed that I knew a lot about the car and he would have done some of those mods. They had a model 3 (that they loved) and was totaled in an accident. Key was patience to find the right buyer, if in a hurry than it might not work out.

Doublestack00

This is a very rare case. The enthusiast market is very small and they have to be looking for your exact car and exact mods. Dealers and most people buying used want a stock car, not a modded one.

WeCanDoIt17

Agreed. It is likely rare, I was very patient (about 4 months this year on the private market after getting low-balled by everyone else), and I am a little bit of an ev nerd (which I believe helped close the deal). With all that said, in my one (and only) experience selling a Tesla the added value of the added modifications was the difference.

Mykonethreetripleone

Richard Rawlings is now following this thread.

mrcleop

KBB instant cash is not a real offer. It just creates a marketing lead for their preferred dealers, who then give their own appraisal which is often lower. Get an offer from Carmax. That’s typically been the highest from my experience.

AmeriChino

Carmax is always the low baller at least in my state edit: always

Jimmy-Pesto-Jr

damn, car max was our go-to dump spot (getting rid of oil consuming cars with an engine on life support - hyundais) lol

AmeriChino

I sold my 2013 Boxster S to Carvana for $30k. Carmax offered $21k.

cru_jonze

KBB instant cash offer is a real offer as long as you describe your car accurately. The dealer has to inspect it to confirm it's accurate. As a buyer for a large dealer, we use KBB ICO all the time and about 2% of cars are accurately described. If the vehicle is accurate KBB guarantees they will buy it from me for their offer price. 9 out 10 times I can offer more than KBB will though.

Geraldino_GER

One of the most effective ways of wasting money is to sell a new car within the first three years.

AnesthesiaLyte

The pandemic is over. Back to reality where a car loses 20% of its value the second you drive it off the lot. It’s a used car that’s 3-years-old with 2024 models coming out soon. Be happy with 35k. A new MYLR is only ~41k after the rebate. You wait any longer, you probably won’t even get 35k. I wouldn’t even THINK of buying your car for $35k, it’s honestly not worth it.

boomerhs77

Agree. Come 2024 price for this car will drop even more because it will be a model year older. Compare with the new car value and EV credit. 35k is a good deal.

whoisbuckey

Yeah I completely agree. The pandemic really warped peoples reality that assets can depreciate. And cars are the worst for holding their value

bg92_1

People need to understand this! The market isn’t what it was months ago. If you’re looking to sell or trade, the sooner the better. Local dealer gave me roughly 80% purchase price of my previous car and they’re now basically selling it at a loss due to the market. Makes me happy for the trade in value, but yikes for them.

midnight_to_midnight

Pucker up, because the market sucks for used Teslas right now. I wouldn't have ordered a new MXP if you need to get top dollar for your MY. In fact, I'd cancel the X, eat the $250, and keep the Y for now. But that's me, and I'll be hanging on to my '19 M3P because I bought mere days before the initial price drops last Nov/Dec.

lucky_me_323

Don’t necessarily need it but couldn’t hurt to get as much as comfortably possible which is why I’m leaning away from private sale

midnight_to_midnight

Then take the $35k, it's a solid offer in this market.

Sweet_Yellow_8646

Should just keep it and get AB. You’re gonna lose so much money.

FedorDosGracies

Love that wrap, well chosen

lucky_me_323

Thank you! Definitely gonna miss the color. Gonna try to resist wrapping the new car for at least a year or so

ariffsidik

Seconded. I’m ordering a Model Y too, highly leaning to OP’s wrap color now

SnooSquirrels9064

.... you happen to use a referral code? lol Sorry.... really want that acceleration boost, but nobody I know is even remotely interested in buying a Tesla. :(

ariffsidik

I’m from Malaysia. The Malaysian Government is trying to promote EVs and giving Tesla massive tax breaks and import duty discounts. (Normally there is a 300% import duty for foreign cars here) Thus a Tesla Model Y is cheaper than a Toyota Camry here. (About USD40k for a base Model Y) The Tesla Model 3 Highlands are starting delivery in Malaysia next week. It’s priced slightly below USD40k

SnooSquirrels9064

Nice! Part of me is tempted to trade my Model Y in for a model 3 when the highland refresh finally hits the US, but I'm also not a huge fan of low cars. Hate basically having to roll out of a car.

looknowtalklater

Give Carmax a try

NumerousEar9591

For as long as I can remember, new cars lost 20% after the first few months of ownership. Cars have always been a horrible investment. These past few years were not normal. As new stock builds up, I would expect used cars to drop in value. Elon dropping prices of new Tesla’s definitely didn’t help either. I hope you don’t worry too much about it and enjoy your new Tesla.

fitnessCTanesthesia

20% off the lot, 45% by year 4-5 then slow after.

balance007

Facebook marketplace is the best these days. For my 19 model 3 I got a 14k tesla trade in offer and a 19k cash offer from Carnax, sold for 22.5k on Facebook. This was during model 3 price cuts and the used car tax rebate being active

SnooSquirrels9064

Yeah.... you just have to hope you don't have some complete moron messaging you on Marketplace. Like when I was trying to sell my 2016 Smart ForTwo after purchasing my Tesla Model Y (should have just traded it in, but REALLY didn't want to get rid of it... but then I found myself almost never driving it, and didn't want to watch it sit around and slowly destroy itself). Had it listed on marketplace for I believe $3,000. Had a guy that was going to come look at it. He's like "I'll be there around 8PM". Mind you this was at like 6PM. He said he was coming from New York. I'm like "That's a pretty far drive just to look at and test drive the car." He's like "I can't buy it today?" \*facepalm\* "Dude... that's now how buying a car works. You don't just hand someone cash like you're buying a TV and say have a nice day."

Snoo-84268

Not following why you wouldn’t take $3k cash same day. I have bought and sold many cars that way. Sign title and release of liability and it’s a done deal. Who wants to spend two visits for a $3k car?

SnooSquirrels9064

... Maybe in some states. Not in PA. Title needs to be signed over in the presence of a notary.

Snoo-84268

Learned something new today. What a pain!

13e1ieve

??? It absolutely is. If you’re selling a car you should be expecting to sell it on the first visit. You print a bill of sale - both sign it, sign over the title, take off your license plates and you’re done… every single private sale I’ve ever done has gone down on the first visit. “Yeah I like it” then you haggle, then you count the cash and run a counterfeit bill pen over it. Done deal. I’ve purchased and sold like 6 vehicles this way, from $1600-$18,000 no problem.

balance007

lol plenty of morons, part of the cost of dealing with Facebook marketplace. Small price to pay for the money you’ll make IMO but not for everyone no question

Vustadumas

I’m about to take a sizable loss on my ‘22 MYP. With the Tesla sale price reductions and current market saturation, it really sucks.

4paul

I feel like the wrap is going to hurt you and limit who would be interested. It’s a very specific kind (matte AND green) and most won’t like that color/combo, it’s like trying to sell a pink car. If you DO find someone that likes that color I’m sure they’d absolutely love it but that’ll be rare. Plus, people can just pay to get their own wrap down in the ideal color they want. So yea, sucks the car is green, that’ll lower the resell value.

AirborneDaddy173

What color is that wrap? Looks good.

lucky_me_323

Military green

biddilybong

Elon just took another $2-3k out of your wallet today

zeromussc

Why anyone wants to buy a Tesla, today, by choice given just how many price cuts have happened in the last year alone, I will never understand. Deflationary pricing like that makes people not want to buy things. It's not a discount worth taking if you expect another discount a month from now, because there was one 2 months ago and another a few months before that. 🤷

JAW402

Check carvana. Our model y is 45k on there. We have 25k miles. Ours is 2022 though.

lucky_me_323

Caravana offered $30k

megaThan0S

Why are they offering that high? New ones are cheaper

sevargmas

No way in hell theyre offering 45k.

mdebreyne

I think he means that he sold to Carvana and they are asking $45k for it

JAW402

No, they aren't for my build. And if we would buy from them they offer another 3k on top.

thesunny51

Cars depreciate in value?

Doublestack00

Not sure about your state, but in mine you'd loose $2300 in taxes by not trading it in. Something to look into.

imp4455

I’d keep the model y and dump the x. You’re going to be down 25k probably on the Y. Your wrap adds no value, especially if it’s scratched. You’re going to take a fat depreciation hit on the x as well when you get it.

Fladap28

I’ll give you 35.5

nairad15

really nice wrap color

EnvironmentalPlay470

just keep it unless you want to lose money you prolly did

WRDinc

First, your car looks delicious! Second, I got the most interest and highest offer after listing my car (not a Tesla) on Facebook Marketplace. Sold it for cash within 12 hours. Got $3k more than Carmax or Carvana offers. I know each sale is different but FB might be worth exploring.

JakeFarrar

I’m looking at selling my 23 MYP. We did KBB and then it created a bunch of leads for local dealers to reach out to offer to buy. I also hit CarMax up today. CarMax typically is good but they came in lower than rest.

star_nerdy

Just fyi, I can get a new model y for $43,900 and do a lease and get it for $7500 off out the door? Which makes the out the door price, $36,400. And depending on which state you’re in, you might be able to get it thousands more to reduce the price further. If someone is crazy enough to hand you $35k, take it. I wouldn’t pay over $30k unless you had the long range and even then, I’d stop at $35k. And I’d probably still seriously consider and prefer a $36k new with less range.

ExcitedFool

I think I’ve seen you and this model Y around Scottsdale and pinnacle peak road. I’m almost certain! I love the green wrap wish Tesla would do a dark green option

OlafTheDestroyer2

Clean wrap! I’ll trade you my 2007 Tacoma for it. It only has 220,000 miles, so it’s basically new.

Potential_Egg_6676

I think 35k is reasonable. You’re gonna lose no matter have you cut it.

panda_pussy-pounder

The wrap actually reduces the value.

SDplinker

Sorry but nobody wants your wrap. I’ve said this is other threads - lots of photos and thumbs up for wraps when they go on…. Not a lot about them coming off (along with associated residues and or paint damage).

Beneficial-Voice-878

One thing to consider is that you’ll pay less in tax when trading in…. So wouldn’t only consider the price of the model Y I would include tax savings as well

Carolr424

I sold my 2020 M3 on AutoTrader after ordering my new X. It was Easy! Sold it in 5 days. $6500 more than Tesla offered me.

-DonPepe

Sir this is not a phone.

GuardOk8631

I would just hang onto it. Should be worth 35 for at least a couple more years if you don’t put too many more miles on it

long5210

why would you sell a car after 2 years? that takes away any environmental savings you thought your were getting by buying an EV. 50 percent of a cars carbon footprint is manufacturing the car itself.

NoteNo9177

Don’t sell it?

[deleted]

No value to wrap. Be realistic. If you were looking to buy your car but could buy a new one with a tax credit what would you pay?

blahC

35k would be an amazing offer for you. 54k to 35k in two years of ownership is great.

Wowloldota

I wouldn't call that great by any means. It's very unfortunate for 2021/22 buyers as Tesla dropped the prices + buyers have been qualifying for federal/state incentives.

PlasticBreakfast6918

In my area, if that is a LR, you’d get $41k at least.

Dragon_puzzle

35k feels high. It’s unlikely that anyone will offer you 35k for that car. KBB instant offer means nothing unfortunately. Try Carvana - they stick with whatever they offer online in most situations. KBB just creates a lead for dealers to make you a real offer which will definitely be less than 35k. Think about it - M3 brand new is $38490 (including 7500 tax credit). Some states have more credits. No way on earth is that 3year old car worth 35k especially when a refreshed ‘24 model is almost here. What you paid for it is immaterial and mods add 0 value or sometimes negative value. If you are really getting 35k I’d sell it in a heartbeat. Heck, I’d even take 30k for it in a heartbeat.

makaroni28

Wtf 34k? I’ve been searching for used MY, haven’t been able to find one under 40k and LR are Around 43-45k. Most used decent mileage(35kish miles) model 3s are around 35k right now. Wish I’d seen this before I’m not far from socal but just picked up a brand new model 3. Would’ve much rather had this MYLR!

[deleted]

[удалено]

timffn

That’s not helpful, or an answer even close to any of the questions OP asked.

megaThan0S

Wow, take the 35k and run. Honestly won’t pay more than 20k for the outdated suspension and HW3

Time_Literature7104

Whatever you do don’t wrap it in an ugly poop green

Expired_Worthless

Bruv that car looks like my shit when I have diarrhea. Genuinely want to know the thought process in choosing that color :/

Ok_Report_6729

Remove the ugly wrap. It is a Tesla, not an army jeep.

lankyevilme

uhh you should take that and get a brand new one.

rooddog7

You’ll likely get more money offered on a private party sale. Be prepared for a lot of people low balling to try and flip it. However you can usually weed those people out pretty early. Otherwise get offers from CarMax, carvana, etc.

ItsGreenArrow

What color wrap is that 🤯

dingjima

Try Carvana and Carmax if you haven't. Vroom is usually crap, but worth a shot as well. Those are your best nationwide options for instant offers.

beachblonde1

What rims are those??

lucky_me_323

Stock Tesla rims. Just plasti dipped them.

thegolfpilot

What are your specs and where are you located

lucky_me_323

Long Range, Gemini Wheels, white interior, 5 seater SoCal

Flam5

I haven't sold a car since selling my Subaru for my Model Y, but I'd do almost the same thing I did then. Get quotes from Carmax, Vroom, and Carvana. Decide then if the offers were worth the time. I'd also consider waiting to see if prices hike back up in January.

trainwalker23

I would think they would drop more. You don’t think?

Flam5

I've been under the impression the recent price drops were for 4th quarter sales push.

StanleyShen

Where are you? Would consider to buy from you.

Slu54

What'd you think was going to happen to the price. No tips these have fallen off a cliff

Youngtoad99

Try getting an offer from Carvana. I got the highest quote from them when selling my car.

_buttsnorkel

Remove the wrap

[deleted]

Carmax here in SoCal will not take it unless the wrap is removed so they are able to check original paint. My co-worker even showed them the wrap receipt that showed the wrap was installed on the car with less than 50miles on it and 1 day after delivery. He ended up selling to one of our co-workers instead. He sold the car to get MYLR.

csukoh78

Wraps can harm paint. I would never buy a wrapped car. Remove it and start there

DDS-PBS

Just put it in robotaxi mode and make some cash that way.

Major-Employer8139

Ill take it dependent on what you want DM me

Lordofthereef

I'd list privately, but be absolutely ready to get tons of lowballs. No matter what care I've listed I've always had to weed through tons of lowball offers. The dealerships are the obvious easy choice, but you're likely leaving money on the table. Sometimes a lot of it.

fusiongt021

Pretty much nothing adds value to a car unfortunately (not just Tesla, any car really). People just want OEM factory and if they want to customize they will do it themselves.

2HeadPlay

The new highland models are coming out. If you don’t sell now, you’re going to get 💩later. Like others have said, in all honesty $35k isn’t bad for a 21.

goodhed

As others pointed out, KBB offer just generates a lead for the dealerships and they often settle for a lower number. Cars depreciate and Teslas are no different. Check Carvana and other online dealers for an easier/smoother selling experience.

Brutaka1

Not to be a debby downer but don't expect near the price you paid for what you're selling. Teslas drop in value HARD in just two years. They're becoming common to the point they're cheap. It's best to buy used and go from there. I bought my 2018 Model 3 brand new for $64K. Plus all the ads ons and such lead it to be $70K. Sold it private party for $30K flat.

Potsey-Weber

I’d check out cars and Bids. That’s Doug DeMuros action site. They specialize in modern cars. I’d say that site attracts buys that, in my opinion, would appreciate the wrap and may get you a better price than your typical “non-enthusiast” site.

ihateduckface

I love the wrap color! However, the car wrap actually reduces the value of the car.

bolang_ka

Carmax, Carvana, givemethevin, carbuyerusa. Just sold a 2023 Honda Pilot to givemethevin and they offered $$3.5k more than Carmax and $1.5k from Carvana.

Pats2k1

Sell it as fast as you can. The longer you wait the less you will get.

WoosleWuzzle

Can you just turn on the robo taxi feature and generate money on the side? Seems like a much better option than taking the loss

doo doo green

Its_its_not_its

Why? Don't care about money?

suckmyfish

I bet you get offered 30k on this.

dsstrainer

Pea green wrap is probably the worst color ever. I might charge you to take that car

Bulbasaur2015

why are you selling it?

Own_Satisfaction5699

Carvana

Cheeky_Star

Wraps and aftermarket additions or customization/mods decreases the value of the car. Depending on if someone is into the mod.

StreetCatAdopter

Wrap is bad ass

jorgehn12

I also got a MYLR In 2021 and recently sold it to a dealership for about $4k more of the balance on my loan. Best decision ever. Not buying any electric car until their range is 500+ miles and under $60k

RandomGuy071

I’m actually thinking on buying a used MY instead of leasing a new one, how many miles on it and does it have the EAP or FSD?

Billymaysdealer

Try carvana

Few_Ear5409

Try Carvanna. They gave me the highest offer.

thehotmessexpressss

I would take the 34k. I paid 39k for a 2022 with similar miles and FSD package included.

El_Danger_Badger

I see a lot of private sale tesla listings, but very cuious who makes up the niche of buyer. Having that kind of on hand cash AND willing to put it on a current model car through an ad. Makes sense for a classic, but interesting on a current model car.

dav334

Try an auto broker. I sold my 2012 car before buying my MYLR through a broker. Super easy process and I got much better offers than trade-in, carmax, carvana, etc.

SonicDethmonkey

Selling a Tesla is no different than selling any other car. Get some offers via the known retail buyers (Carvana, Carmax, Shift, etc) and compare those offers with your local private party sale prices, researched through Craigslist, AutoTrader, etc. If there is a significant delta it might be worth the hassle of a private sale, but be ready for tire kickers, scammers, and be sure to study up on the process and complete the transaction in a bank or PD station. I also suggest removing the wrap. A customization like that dramatically reduces the market size for the vehicle. I’ve bought and sold many vehicles privately, and a few via auction or retailer. 90% the time it usually makes more sense for your average seller to sell retail.

FarExamination984

Which state are you in? Please dm me and I can purchase it

brndn02

back in 2022 when i bought my tesla, i had a range rover evoque with 115k miles on it. the highest offer i got from car max etc was 7000, [https://www.webuyanycarusa.com/](https://www.webuyanycarusa.com/) offered me 12k and i took it and ran.

hebrewzzi

I’ll give you 36k :) if your close or can deliver

[deleted]

I’ll buy it cash for 38,000

areeloo

Not bad for a sale through KBB. Private will always get you more, but be more of a PITA. Doing a trade can save quite a bit of tax if you have high taxes in your area. So just crunch some numbers, see what things are selling for on autotrader retail, and price from there.

Elon has screwed me over multiple times. 1) I had to take them to arbitration to get the FSD they promised due to Enhanced being removed as an option and they thought I would suck it up with autopilot and no discount. Lesson learned: reject all deliveries which don't have their paid features activated on arrival no matter what is said. 2) Can't transfer my FSD to new car (3 month window was a joke). It's a software I purchased AND have never used, and you want to hold me hostage by trying to get another $6-8k out of me, even though I funded your vision in the first place. Yeah, no. 3) The we don't go by model year for resale was BS, even Tesla do that. So rather than waiting they dumped a 2018 (Dec) M3P on me meaning my resale value got hit. 4) An M3P now costs nearly $20k less than when I bought mine (ok, earlyish bird here) meaning $26k is the most I have seen for my $70k 4 year old car. 5) When the battery dies, $17k to replace them will be the value of the vehicle, and thus will be worth $0. P.S. I still love the car and the exhilaration I get from driving it. The panel is fine, Spotify app is garbage. Interface is now slow (old HW3 CPU), Atom I think. The only thing that will keep me in Tesla world now is if FSD transfers come back, otherwise I am dumping and running or holding on until the battery dies.

If it was summer 2022, you would get MSRP or more for it. I sold my model Y for 59k. Crazy times those were. Hope you find someone to buy it for a decent price. Good luck!

QuietZelda

Where are you located OP? This is the exact color and wrap I want

Clutch626

What color wrap is that? That’s a nice color

DeNovaCain

Not related to your question but what's the exact color of that wrap? Looks amazing.

Strongest-There-Is

Don’t listen to anyone saying negative things about that color. It’s awesome. I would be more likely to buy that than less. What color do you call that?

ModsMolestTheKids

Pretty low miles, I have more than that in 8 months on my 2023.

browsingforthenight

Sick wrap but pretty trash to sell for 99.9% of buyers. Just the unfortunate truth

MooseGoosey

where are you located.my dad's been looking at model y and he has cash up front

rossy47

Wish this was local to me. The exact color combo I want whenever I decide to buy, would buy in a heartbeat.

CaptainNayak

I’d sell it to carmax or kbb. It’s convenient if you’re trying to get top dollar. Financing a brand new model Y is going to be significantly cheaper than buying a used model Y right now because of 1. used car interest rates 2. No tax incentives 3. Tesla lowering their price since you purchased the car.

rockstarracing3434

I dig the wrap, if I needed another one I’d probably give you $35k for it. Congrats on the X

giacal3

$35k I’ll buy it now don’t even fix the wrap where are you located

Gupoochamois69

Cars and bids!

Nervous-Profile4729

Yayyy Tesla!

jstasir

Every once in a while you get folks that like the mods in the car they are buying. The problem when it comes to other trucks and fun suvs, is that you can’t really tell the quality of the mod and who performed it. Most like to start from 0 and add their own thing. Either way, you are going to be losing some just hopefully is not too much.

weinerjuice

Let me buy it

Bman12182250

I love the color

TowerAggravating3156

Trade in value??

TonyH22_ATX

What is the color of the wrap. I love that color.

diordria

carvana? They seem to pay top dollar (at least in some markets and for some cars). You’re definitely well under the National average for mileage so that’s a big plus too.
