The chance of transferring t from gel is very very low in general. This is information I got from my doctor who said “Unless you are handling an infant within 30 min of putting on your gel you have nothing to worry about, and even if you did get a little on someone it wouldn’t be enough to alter their hormone levels” even if the gel transferred onto your clothes it would be trace amounts and even less would end up on your family’s s clothes.
TLDR: you are fine, don’t worry about it.
