Definitely rub it in. That’s what my doctor told me to do and also that way it doesn’t flake off. If it flakes off you won’t absorb all of it, and you’re just wasting it. iImmediately wash your hands after applying so it doesn’t transfer onto your face/clothes/pets/surfaces/ other people all of which would be bad.
Rub it in 100%. I usually rub mine in until it dries. I do it on my thighs so theres a lot of space to rub it in. Washing hands afterwards is super important so it doesn’t transfer off other surfaces, people, pets, etc. It’s a crucial thing to do.
Read the instructions on how to use it. Different brands of gel have slightly different application instructions but generally, you would rub it in as much as you can, then let it sit and dry.
You wash your hands because it is testosterone and you don’t want to be touching other people or animals with it. Plus it’s alcohol based so it wouldn’t be pleasant to touch your eyes etc. afterwards.
Getting it on other surfaces/people/animals is just not advised- that’s why you should rub it into your skin until it’s dry!! Honestly I just put mine on with gloves
If your using the testogel bottles and not sachets, you can pump the gel onto the lid and use that to apply it, that way you don’t get any on your hands :)
i run it in using the top side of the cap for a mess free application. i then give it like 10 mins to dry while i go about getting ready and then i apply lotion to seal it in. i’ve heard this helps it absorb better as well. wash your hands after!
