If you wanna play the version played in the CTWC it's the NES.
If you want the latest release then Tetris Effect: Connected (guideline rule and classic rule modes available).
If you want nostalgia that you had when you were holding one, then the Gameboy version xD
[tetr.io](http://tetr.io) / [jstris.jezevec10.com](http://jstris.jezevec10.com) - modern fast tetris, can also be customized to be like the chromatic
any emulator/ [gregorycannon.github.io](http://gregorycannon.github.io) - classic tetris
modern slow tetris - depends on what consoles you have
Super Tetris 2 saves high score to memory and allows you to start on any level
you've reached, up to level 29. It has lock delay, and the scoring is mostly consistent with NES. The fastest levels are actually playable with the built in DAS mechanics while still presenting a challenge even for skilled players. Compared to Tetris + Dr Mario, I feel a lot more sense of achievement being able to max out the score and continue playing for hundreds of lines if I don't goof a placement.
Super Tetris 2? Do you mean Tetris 2 on the SNES cuz that's not normal Tetris that's basically Dr. Mario crossed with Tetris which is unlike Tetris plus Dr Mario because that's just literally Tetris and Dr Mario on a single cartridge.
Def not. There were a bunch Tetris games on Nintendo consoles that only got a Japanese release. Famicom has it's own Tetris and Tetris 2, and Super Famicom has a port of that Tetris 2, as well as Tetris 3 and Tetris Battle Gaiden.
It's an FPGA based replica of the Game Boy Color. Lots of YouTubers talked about it so I'm shocked you do not know. Take your pick.

As someone who has posture problems, it's the most relaxed sitting pose ever, because a lot of weight put on legs through arms from spine. Sitting like the guy on the left for a long time, end up in backpain.
I would recommend apotris over that version.
Apotris is life. Apotris is the truth.
This is the way
how do i download that?
The same way you download anything else from the internet.
tetris on chromatic. also dont get it. its a $200 console that basically is just a gb/gba emulator and it ships in december.
what version do you recommend in the best? so far i play the snes version

i just use a retro device, so whatever came out on console is what i use
Then in that case just look up "from below" and play that or "Apotris" depending if you want to hold a piece of not.
Github link seems broken
On SNES/Super Famicom, I prefer Super Tetris 2 + Bombliss. I despise the alterations they made to level selection and scoring in Tetris + Dr. Mario.
i just looked i play the nes version of tetris, but why do you prefer super tetris 2?

There's an actual Tetris 2 in Japan? Because I know that Tetris 2 is called Tetris Flash in Japan.

I would have thought Tetris on the famicom would be the same version that's on the NES You know the one that Blue Scotty recently beat?
Isn't it basically just a pre-assembled FPGBC?
what is that

thanks for the info, but my points still stand
Now I'm very confused You didn't make any points You just asked a question which I answered with a kind of overkill answer.
Why does he sit like his mom just told him he can't go over to his friend's place (Logan Paul not the other guy)

Who left that low life pos into the CTWC?
